You can't warn me off so easily. I did it once, the physical pain wasn't so bad but when my family found out, they freaked. I'm the family's good, quiet child, and to know that I felt bad enough to do that scared the crap outta my parents.

I confess that I used to keep a diary. I was a bit depressed, and looking back through it would only depress me more.
So one day I tore all of the pages out, tore them to bits, and threw them into the trash.
I've been much happier since ^_^
