Aros was glad to hear that Enid was agreeing with him, but he didn’t show it. Of course, he still had that hood over, so he didn’t have to hide his facial expressions, but it was good practice. After he’d finished explaining his “life story”, Enid had spoken up, saying that she did, in fact, have powers. This didn’t surprise him, since he’d been able to feel it, but he tried to appear shocked. She told him she was a witch, which was absolutely perfect.
”Wow! A witch?” he gasped. ”That’s incredible! I’m sure you could show all those punks that you mean business. I mean… all I’ve got is this…” He held out his hand, showing off some of the tendrils of darkness he had control over. The darkness poured from his palm, wrapping around his fingers and falling gently to the ground. It collected like smoke at his feet, whirling around before disappearing all at once to his command. Now she had to know he meant business. It was time for her to join or be destroyed.

Aros smirked under his hood when he looked back at Enid. He folded his arms back over his chest and started pacing.

”A couple friends and I have been thinking about this a lot, lately,” he admitted. ”We want to show the world -- no, the universe -- that we aren’t worthless. That we have power too. You’re just like us, Enid. Would you like to come with us? Just think of it…” He stopped pacing and returned to her side and stepped up onto the stage where she was setting up the karaoke machine. He put an arm around her to make her look up and waved a hand in front of them. ”No one would ever pick on you again. You would be above all of them. Picture it tonight: The decorations will be all set up, but all your hard work will go unappreciated. But then, you step out into the crowds, show them your power, and force them to respect you. We’d be with you all the way.” He let her go and took a few steps back. ”So, what do you say? You wanna help us?”

Kairi smiled and laughed after Sora said he had counted the seconds in response to her saying she had missed him. "Yes, me too," the red head replied. After she had told the brunette her worries about, Roxas, Naminé and Riku, he grasped her hand under the table and comforted her saying that it would okay. "Thanks Sora," the Princess smiled, gently giving his hand a squeeze, her worry ebbing away a little.

The bell rang and class started, and as they worked the crimsonette tried to lighten the mood more. She whispered to Sora with a grin, "Lakayna told me she's going to the Ball with Axel. So it looks like we're not the only couple out of our friends now going now. I wonder if any of the others have dates yet?"

We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.~

Enid narrowed her eyes when he asked her to join him.
She was thinking about it, and it WAS tempting.
She then heard how no one would appreciate her hard work.
she clenched her fist and looks at aros, she summed it up in one word.
"Yes" she said.

Riku took the s book from her with a faint smile. It wasn't forced, but it was faint. He ran his hand over the cover before tucking it under his arm and sneaking his hands into his pocket. it was comforting just to feel the cigarette box under his hand. "You're amazing Naminé. Thank you, it means a lot," he told her glancing back at the sketch book. It was a relief that she'd finished. He'd forgotten about it some, worry more about her over anything else. She was amazing for doing that. Now Hikari could come home and his faimly could be a family. Now came the hard part. The part where they had to talk. The silence drew on, longer and heavier. "Can I sit?" the silvernette asked.

He didn't wait for an answer before sitting on the ground and few feet from the blonde. He wanted to be close to her. He sat the book in his lap and leans back on his hands. Sighing, he started. "Naminé I'm really sorry, you must know that. The last thing I wanted to do was hurt you...I just hated seeing the way Roxas looked at you and how oblivious you were...I am sorry. i shouldn't have done that to you," he whispered, afraid that he'd yell or make her cry if he was too loud.

Rikia's amber eyes followed Sora, instantly locking on him when she spotted him in the hallway. She smiled as she leaned back against her locker and stood still. Sora seemed to head over to her then suddenly stopped, a quizzical look on his features before he turned and continued down the hallway. No doubt he'd though her to be Kairi at first glance. Stupid boy. Did her hair look like it was a briliant shade of red? She didn't think so. The girl watched him walk to his next class, biology and he stood outside of it. A pink haired man who looked like he'd be the 'prettyboy' slapped Sora after the brunette had made a murmured remark.

An amused expression flashed on Rikia's face as Sora's girlfriend, her Somebody, The Seventh Princess of Heart: Kairi, came up and slapped the boy who'd slapped Sora. However, her eyes were trained on Kairi, watching her hungrily. Oh, the time would come soon when she would have Kairi's heart for her own. And Kairi would be no more. The world would be on Princess of Heart short and one official Princess of Darkness more. Smiling to herself, the slender tealnette made her way to the biology classroom. The bell had already rung but she strode in anyways, knocking at the door. The teacher turned to look at her, a frown on his face before her beckoned her over.

"What?" He asked, annoyed. Rikia simply smiled, clutching a piece of paper in her hand. In reality, there was nothing in her hand. Rikia was using her power over illusion to make it seem as though she was.
"Sorry to interrupt, Sir," the tealnette said, her bell-like voice entrancing. "I've gotten a scheduale change. This is to be my class for this period. I truly hope I've not interrupted anything."
The teacher took a glance at her schedule and nodded, looking back to her. His voice was no longer annoyed. Rikia had chamed him just like that. "Not a problem at all Miss..."
"Rikia. Just Rikia." She said with a bright, winning smile. The teacher nodded again and told her to go sit down. The tealnette did so, taking a seat at the desk next to the one Sora and Kairi were sitting at. In truth, Rikia was skipping her regular class for this but she needed to keep her eye on Sora and the others. Keep them busy. And she had an idea on how to do so... but it would have to happen once class let out. Rikia put her things down, placing her textbook and notebooks on the destk in front of her. Right. Now to live through this stupid period.

Marluxia, The Graceful Assassin....
User ImageMarluxia was definitely skipping this period. History...The mere sound of it hurt his poor ears. And each class so far...had sucked. So he sat now, on a high wall that bordered the school, making it look more like a prison than a place to learn. Oh well, that was none of his concern. Anyways.... He looked down. Not much was going on, only a few other people smoking, and whatnot. That was none of his concern, either. Not much was, aside the thoughts of what all the consequences were for murder, and the likeliness of getting away with it. Not that much.... sadly. What a pity, he was so temped to do so anyway, though.
....And Schoolboy.

Naminé
Miss Memory Witch

User Image

Naminé let the book slide from her hand as Riku took it, and she immidietely lowered her eyes after handing it to him. Riku told her she was amazing, which caused the faintest trace of a smile to flit on her features and he thanked her but she didn't say anything in reply to it. It had been the least she could do to help Riku out and she didn't mind it at all. And she knew that he knew she'd been happy to do so. The silence between them grew heavier, more tangible but it was suddenly interrupted by a voice in her head. Kairi's voice.

The Princess was asking where she was, saying that she and Roxas were worried about her. A pain shot through her at the mention of Roxas' name and Naminé lowered her head. 'I'm... outside with Riku. We... we have some things I think we need to talk about.' She responded to Kairi through their link. 'You don't need to worry about me. I'm alright.'A lie. But she managed to make it sound convincable.

Riku spoke then, asking if he could sit but before she had a chance to respond, he did so, taking a seat a few feet away from her. The petite blonde glanced at him before staring down at the ground again. She heard his words, a small whisper that began with her name. When he was finished, she lifted her head and looked at him.
"You shouldn't have said what you did to Roxas but... but it's not your fault. It's not Roxas' either. It's mine. Like you said, I was so oblivious... I never realized that he... if I'd known I don't know what I would have... It's just..." The Memory Witch trailed off, tears pricking the edges of her eyes but she blinked them back. "But... but if I'm suppose to be destined to be with Roxas, why did I end up falling for you?" She said quietly, locking eyes with him. "Someone else fell for Roxas but she... she wasn't suppose to exist in the first place. Just like me. Xion really cared for him and Roxas really cared for her. I know he did. I'm not the only one he loved. Maybe... maybe Roxas and I were destined to be after that. But Xion's back, which is proof that destinies can change. Sora and Kairi love each other which automatically makes me love Roxas due to Kairi's feelings for Sora. Some of those feelings are completely my own but... But I think I've figured it out." She paused and lifted a hand to her chest, where her heart should be. She felt so bad about having to choose between the two but she was listening to her feelings. She'd listen to her heart but said item was missing. Yet she knew what it was that she felt.

"Kairi loves Sora. I love Roxas but those feelings are a mix of my own and Kairi's." Naminé said quietly, lifting her eyes once again to meet Riku's. "My feelings for you are different. They're entirely my own. Kairi never had any romantic feelings for you yet I do." She paused, the butterflies erupting in her stomach like they had the first time she and Riku even approached the subject of them liking one another. The petite blonde rose to her feet and walked over to Riku, sitting down beside him so she was close to him now and looking up at the silvernette.
"I love you, Riku." Naminé said softly. The Memory Witch stared into his eyes before closing hers and leaning up, placing her lips on his in a gentle kiss.

She knew how bad this would hurt Roxas. And she honestly, truly, deeply loved him. But for her, he was more a best friend. Besides Xion loved him and Roxas did have strong feelings for Xion... he just didn't remember them.

Riku felt a knife go into his heart at the mention of Roxas' name, at the girl defending Roxas but he said nothing as she continued. It wasn't his fault, she said, but neither was it his. It was her. No! It was not Naminé's fault. He was about to object, to vocalize how much he disagreed with that theory but he forced himself to remain quiet. Arguing about it would not help him. So he let her continue, analizing destinies and trying to fit pieces together. He winced as she went on explaining each person's emotion. The mention of Roxas each time though grabbed his heart and as she neared the end he was tense and holding back from screaming at her. He bit down on his lip as the Nobody addressed her feelings towards Roxas and then what she felt for Riku.

His eyes followed her as she stood up. He thought that was it. She was done and walking away but she sat beside him. She was so close that he couldn't hepl but smile. His eyes locked with hers and as she spoke his heart stopped. "Naminé-" before he could finished the thought the petite Other leaned up and placed her lips against his. Riku had been so desperately wanting to be near her over the last months that his arms wound quickly around her and pulled her close as he kissed her back. He broke it and stared down at her smiling gleefully. He felt bad for how [inot guilty he felt for Roxas but he couldn't help it. "I love you too Naminé," he whispered close to her lips. He regretted now all those cigarettes he'd smoked earlier.

Sora smiled softly as Kairi thanked him, but he had to keep quiet as class was now starting. So he just kept a hold of her hand and used his free hand to get his things out. The teacher paused after giving an assignment, so that gave the crimsonette some time to speak. She told him that Lakayna and Axel were going to the ball, so they weren’t the only couple in their group of friends. He smiled at this, glad things were working out for the dragon girl and the Nobody.
”That’s good to hear,” he admitted, though couples still made him think about Roxas and Naminé. ”Tonight will be fun. I can’t wait!” He cut himself short, as there was a knock on the door. At first he ignored it, turning to the page in their books that had last night’s homework. Ah, had he done that…?

Before he could see if the page was there or not, a musical yet haunting voice entered the room. Sora’s head shot up to see the source, which was that teal-haired girl that he’d almost mistaken for Kairi in the hallway. He cocked his head at her, narrowing his eyes slightly as he looked at her. Something about her was… familiar, but different. Well, the obvious was that she looked so much like Kairi, but clearly wasn’t. But that wasn’t it, not what he was feeling. There was just something about her presence that just struck him as off. He couldn’t put his finger on it though, so he managed to tear his gaze away from her as she sat in the desk next to him and Kairi. Trying his best to focus again, he started going through his book. He finally found the paper he’d written and pulled it out, noticing he’d skipped a question.
”Uh, Kairi, I didn’t get number six,” he admitted. His voice was almost distance as he forced himself not to glance at the strange girl nearby. ”Could you help me out?”

Hikari nodded and scratched the back of her head. "Um, thanks. I actually wasn't planning on going if I wasn't asked. I guess when we all get together at lunch then we can talk about it," she suggested and heard the bell ring. "Better get to class," she said, waving a quick goodbye to the Nobody and hurried off to class.

Roxas was out of his English class and towards the next, even though he couldn't think of anything else other than Namine. Something was going on. He could 'feel' it in his gut. I'm going to look for her and see what's going on. I can't wait anymore. he told Sora as he took an opposite turn of what he usually took to get to class and looked around, hardly caring that his next class was beginning without him. He turned a corner and stopped dead in his tracks. There she was, Namine...... with Riku?! He dropped his books, watching in horror as Namine kissed Riku. Why.... why would she do that to him? After all they've been through? He wanted to scream, cry, kill Riku. But all he could do was stand there in the deserted hallway. "Na... was all he could say. He was in such shock he couldn't even finish saying her name.

Aros watched in anticipation as Enid thought about the choice he’d offered her. He was a little thrown off by her hesitation. He thought he’d set it up well and she’d take it without any deliberation at all, so he was a little worried. But finally, he saw her fists clench and she looked back at him. She gave him a one word answer, and it was the one word he wanted to hear. Yes. He smiled darkly, then raised his hands to take off his hood. He figured he could trust her now, and no one would be coming into this gym right now. He revealed his blood-red eyes and spiky black locks as the hood rested on his back.
”Good,” he replied, smirking. ”That’s exactly what I wanted to hear.”

He took a couple steps to be on her other side, reaching out to twirl some of the ribbons from the balloons on his finger. Concentrating, he let the darkness flow through his finger and up the string, entering the balloon and filling it with the element. Then, with a deep flash, it vanished. But it was still there. It was a Heartless, an Invisible to be precise. He’d been practicing with that ability. He was able to store Heartless, at least specific types. Only the weak ones, like Shadows and Aerial Thrusters. The only exception was the Invisible, since they could do as their name hinted.

”I’m going to prepare a nice little surprise for those ignorant fools,” he declared, going to another balloon and repeating the process. ”In the meantime, you should prepare as well. Finish your decorating here. After school hours, meet me up at the cliff on the south side of the islands. We’ll finish our plans there, and you can meet the others.” He wouldn’t go just yet. He had to finish getting the gym ready for his grand entrance. But once he was done, he’d go and find Riku, and really start to get things rolling.

Kairi smiled as Sora seemed glad about Lakayna and Axel, saying that tonight would be fun. "Yeah, it will be. I can't wait either!" the Princess grinned. The brunette looked like he was going to say more, but stopped as there was a knock on the door. The red head looked up, and held back a gasp. There in the doorway stood a girl who had similar features to Kairi. The crimsonette had never seen her around before. Things were getting strange around here. Kairi knew who Naminé was, so she knew why she looked like her, but she could explain why Xion looked like her, or why this new girl had her features.

The new girl told the teacher she had a schedule change and was now in this class. When the teacher asked her name she stated it was Rikia. The Princess then watched as Rikia took a seat at the desk next to Sora and herself. Something about her felt eerily familiar. The red head soon forgot about the tealnette though as Naminé's voice floated into her mind. "Naminé! I'm glad you're okay," Kairi thought to the blonde, relieved. She then continued, "You're outside with Riku? I see... Well I hope you get things figured out. Okay, I'll talk to you later then..." The Princess was unsure wether or not to believe Naminé when her Other told her she was alright.

Kairi focused back on Sora and the lesson as he asked her if she could help him with number six. The Princess nodded and replied, "Sure Sora, no problem. But first I have to tell you. Naminé finally contacted me. She said she's outside talking to Riku... She told me she was alright, but I'm not sure."

We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.~

Can someone without a heart truly feel?
Or are these feelings simply an illusion created from memories of a past existence?

~Alexander~
Heir to The World That Never Was

User Image

Alexander sighed lightly when Hikari left to go to class. He had already missed his first period, and he wasn't exactly keen on going to to his second period class. So, the white haired nobody decided that ditching might not be such a bad idea. With that idea in mind, Alexander walked towards the courtyard of the school, not bothering to talk to anyone on he way unless they said something first. Once in the courtyard he sat under his favorite tree and closed his eyes, just waiting for time to pass until biology.

But, if these feelings are created from memories, doesn't that make them based in reality?
Whether they are true or not is unimportant, what matters is that they are not ignored.

Enid looked amazed as he did the darkness trick with the balloon.
she watched him as he explained everything about the bell.
He told her to finish decorating and to meet him by the south cliff.
"Gotcha" she said getting back to work.

The bell rang for the end of first period. Lakayna gathered her things, waving to Kairi with a friendly smile after the crimsonette said 'see you in gym!'. Lakayna headed to her second period class and one of her least favorite subjects; Algebra. She just hoped this hour wouldn't drag by like the last one. She seriously considered skipping the rest of school after lunch was over, but; being the kind of person she was; Lakayna would probably chicken out of that plan and head to the rest of her classes anyway.
