Kiyoshi laughed a little. "A few years to late Lenon, I know mostly every Lightning Jutsu there is. " He said since he just had a couple S-Rank lightning jutsu left to learn.

"I can't use water. I can use Lightning, Wind, and Earth...Possibley Fire but I havn't tried that out yet. But anyway I know all but probley one Lightning Jutsu which is Limelight. But we both know that forbidden." Kiyoshi said with a slightly evil smile since that jutsu had the power to wipe out entire villages.
