Halp? this is why you dont buy apple products =p I got a 20 gig no name thing that looks like an ipod and I love it, also it was about 100$ cheaper as well... My iPod Touch is jailbroken and plays pirated applications and ROMs. =D For $300 it's the best thing since my DS.

This is true and I've experienced it, but it isn't that much of an issue. On the iPod Touch 2nd Gens, there is a volume button on the side of the device.
