-Slightly startled, but gets the hint quite loudly that he doesn't want her in the room at the moment and just simply bows and heads to the kitchen to make some tea where she won't bother the two. She wonders to herself what all this is about, especially knowing the legends of evil spirits in mirrors... quite concerned.-
-After a few minutes comes back out with a tray of tea and some tea cups she had found and sets it on the nearest table.- Hopefully this will agree with your stomach much better than the wine did last night. -Put some special herbs in it meant to calm stomachs.-

-Smiles gently at the offer.- I'll try, but you know how I have a terrible time sitting still for too long... -Settles down in the chair he gestures to, pouring some tea for the both of them with skilled hands and settles back, sipping the hot liquid and enjoying the simple presence of the General back in her life again.-

-doesn't hold back now, caring for and respecting Anita enough to tell her the whole truth- We were engaged to be married for some time....but it was going nowhere. Not because we didn't want it to, not because our love faded. The Order...it makes things difficult...there is never any time.
I had been away on a mission, I hadn't told her before leaving. I had no contact with her for weeks. I had no way of contacting her, or else I would have, in a heartbeat. Upon my return...she of course was angry with me for my sudden disappearance. She was only worried and frustrated.
But I think that triggered something in her...I...I don't know. We fought for several days, hardly speaking. We were put in a situation by another of the Exorcists, forcing us to talk. What she had to say... -still remembers the sting of it like a freshly cut wound-
I tried to talk to her. I tried to keep it together. But I found the ring back in my hand...and now...we're simply Master and Apprentice once more. -looks tired and forlorn-
After that, I left for Italy, to spend some time alone...to give her time. And it was after returning from that...you saw me again for the first time.
