The author seems to be operating under the erroneous assumption during half the story that I am a robot.
Which is extremely odd, because it's completely ignored in the latter half where I am clearly depicted as flesh and blood once Hellboy uses his "granite fist of forsworn, bedamned love" to pound the spirit of the head Space Vampire out of me.

I thought in Chapter 4, the "passionate embrace, uncontained by taboo of chronology" was followed by "wake up data...today, i'm making you a real boy"
i took that to be the bot-to-flesh part.

Querl Dox Were I inclined towards drinking, I think I would have after finishing that particular passage.
More time was spent in the book describing "our love" then actually doing anything about it.
Perhaps that was a small mercy.

Geez, "granite fist of forsworn beda-" *groans* Ugh, don't remind me. I think the author expects me to shoot spirit energy lasers out of my fist or something.
..wow, would that be terrible. My aim with shooting things sucks. gonk

I suppose we should be thankful. There are, I have discovered after some research, far WORSE forms of 'fan fiction' that we could have been subjected to.

Y'know, I WOULD like to know who is ordering these things in the first place, not to mention who the heck is writing it. Powell swears it's not him, and I'm inclined to believe him. The guy would make a terrible actor. xp
