Right now I'm still playing through the main quest on Black version. I got hung up for about a week looking for a good Victini. So... I'm in Nimbasa City gearing up for my fourth badge.

"Perfect"? No. But it's good enough to keep. Modest nature and good stats all-around. I can't recall off the top of my head whether its Sp.Atk was 40 or 41.

Awesomeness.
For the most part I'm not that big into using any legends competitively. And some of them are hard to catch so I don't see the point to catch them a million times to get the right nature and IVs haha.
No breeding a million Pokemon for that one nature or something to that effect I'm fine with.

And some of them are hard to catch so I don't see the point to catch them a million times to get the right nature and IVs haha. No breeding a million Pokemon for that one nature or something to that effect I'm fine with. ... says the man with four boxes of rejected Porygon. I also don't bother much with legendaries in battle. However I've always wanted to try an Uber battle, so I try to make sure the ones I catch are as good as they can be. I think my Fire Red has a near-perfect Modest Mewtwo on it. (gotta double-check)

I too would like to try Ubers, but I think if I ever stepped into that arena I'd just use Shoddy Battle...

1) I was talking about you, not me. Even though it was a couple years ago, that one tidbit of info got lodged in my brain. You went through 4+ boxes of Porygon before you got one that was not only faster than my Scarfed-Z, but also had HP-Fight.

That was in the Snagem tourney how many years ago? 3? I just remember I was determined to get HP fighting and I think that Pory had somewhere around 20 speed IVs. I don't remember, it's still on my diamond if I remember right. I don't really shift my Pokemon through games because I like reraising them haha. Heh. After I beat Black, that should be a mini-project. Just get as many ribbons as humanly possible on a single Pokemon.

Hmm. A lot of these side projects don't end up going anywhere. And apparently someone already tested the Smeargle thing. If a pure Flying-type uses Roost, its type becomes ??? for the rest of the turn, having no weaknesses or resistances. (good thing Wonder Guard is so hard to copy)
This one will probably also go nowhere, but if anything, I'm leaning towards Tyranitar as the test subject.
