hilaroma So yesterday was ok, but I seriously want to kill my neighbors. I had two group presentations in the morning. The second presentation, our group leader was home throwing up so we kind of had to wing it. Apparently our professor was impressed at how well we did without her...after that I worked from 12:30-5pm when my employers mercifully let me go home and get some rest. Got home at about 5:30, went to bed at 6. Yes, 6pm. Was woken up at 10pm when the booming bass of rap music threatened to make my walls fall down. I tried to go back to sleep with earplugs in, but had a hard time until things quieted down around 3am. FINALLY got to sleep around then, and then I woke up at 9am with a throbbing, cold head. So I am sick again, apparently. I'm still going to try and go to work because I missed all of my shifts last week due to having the stomach flu, but I am so not feeling well. I can't stop shivering. I am also bummed because my mom forgot to tell me I needed a smog test until the beginning of this week. So convenient how she waited until I have NO spare minutes during the week to go out and get something like that done. rolleyes So now my plates are expired until I can get a test and they send me that stupid little sticker...which all means that I can't take my car places, WHICH MEANS I have to ride my bike in the freezing cold (and at night because that's when I get out of work). I haaaate my life right now. crying gonk crying

AzurePaleSky hilaroma AzurePaleSky Last night Kimi, Marni and I saw Juno since it's playing in LA and NY!!! It was reallllly good... it's about this high-school girl who gets preggers! And it has Michael Cera from Superbad (another awesome movie), Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman from Arrested Development. My sister and I are going to go see that...that is, if it ever comes up here. Yay!! I imagine it will, with the buzz it's getting... I think it could play in Simi, so I'm sure it'll play where you are... or at least in Frisco! Oh, I'm positive it'll make it up to Frisco. I'd never have time to make it down there just for a movie though. And I live in the middle of conservative country. If it makes it to Chico, I will be thrilled. If it makes it to Redding, I will die of shock.

I hope I can get a break.... I feel so selfish though...I feel like s**t, but I told this family I would be there today because I know they need me to watch the kids. They run one of the most popular gift stores in the downtown area and it is going to be so busy all day. Arrrg.... crying

AzurePaleSky Nabs, those are awesome!!! Do you have a Hughes one? Not yet. The Sins will likely be out before the good guys. Even then, I'm only going to be doing Envy, Lust, Gluttony, and Scar. (Good guys will be Ed, Al, Roy, and Hughes.)

So, Bioshock. Lot of quotes from random enemies, Little Sisters, etc. that some of them are fairly rare. With my friend playing today, I heard some I haven't before.
"Three too many, three too many, three too many!!" "Chocolates is better than grapes. Chocolates is better than grapes."
And then, once my friend's little brother and dad were in the room, watching her play the game..
"There's semen on everything! On everything!"
