*Caught the sight of that ever so slight touch and pretty much gives up then, feeling a cold empty feeling in her stomach, and excuses herself silently to bed without another word to any of them, unable to keep that pleasant face up any longer. Can't even be angry, since Anita seems like she is a lovely well mannered woman, not a skeevy type of girl that Cross might have one associated with...*
