I doubt it, in all honestly he would let you go... or thats what he should do. But I can't speak for what another would or wouldnt do.

In Tokyo there were rumors of a serum that would reverse the process... reverting a once turned person back to a mortal... but it kills the purebreds since there is no turning point. Its only a rumor though, never seen the stuff with my own eyes. Why would you want that...

Tous sighs and looks around. But that... that would mean that others would seek you out too... they would most likely label you as a traitor... and then come to kill you.
