The thread about classic literature being turned into anime and all that crap. She's going on about how Americans are fat and lazy and too dependent on automobiles, while the Japanese work hard every day and require remote-controlled lounge chairs. Oh, that one. It's so annoying. I want to reach through the monitor and beat her with a blunt object. She's bringing China into it now. Who's 'she'? I noticed a few ignorant females in there. Pinkmage. The one who jumps out at you and says "STRANGLE ME! YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO!"

Basically Vice-Captains have the same permissions set as Captains so they can change Guild Ownership. 3nodding
