Ulquiorra sighed and dismissed Arisu "Looks like I'm going to have to do things the hard way" She charged towards Kurgan
Alpha observed the thundara spell reflect off "mages perhaps?"

Kurgan stopped the kick having no effect on him throwing an arm out he grabbed Hayate before lunging sideways Hayate-first into the mountain. Letting go of Hayate he opened his palm and propelled himself into Alpha by kicking off the mountain

"Hah don't get too keen" Alpha grabbed hold of Kurgan by the arm and flung him back into the mountain side.

Hayate paused now would be a good time to try experimenting he thought casting dispel.

Kurgan recovered easily and kicked himself from the mountain slamming his shoulder into Alpha.
Itaka came up and slammed his fist into Kurgan's helmet "Don't attack the elderly!"

"If only you knew what we did in my day Itaka" Alpha chuckled forming a ball of fire in his hand. He grabbed hold of Kurgan's shoulder, directly transfering the heat of the flame into Kurgan.

Hayate was going to fire an arrow at Kurgan until Alpha got in the way. Instead he simply cast fira at Kurgan

Kurgan absorbed all the attacks and fumed a bit before burping a small patch of steam out of his helmet he stepped back and burst into laughter
"Oh c'mon please you think I had a meager reflect spell cast on me?" he stopped and glared directly at Hayate "Guess again!" he held out his palm and unleashed the fireball and the fira spell at Hayate.
In a puff of smoke Oassu appeared directly in front of Hayate hands working furiously. In a flash of blue a waterfall suddenly appeared dousing the fire before it disappeared a second later.
"Defensive magic?" Kurgan sighed "How boring"

Hayate moved past Oassu and towards Kurgan "It beats status effect magic" He replied casting poison.

Kurgan paused for a moment "Your right status magics are near useless"
He pulled a small ribbon out of his pocket for a second and waved it before attaching it in his armour as the poison spell had no effect.
Stepping forward Kurgan prepared to smash Hayate to the ground when Dargrim launched a flying shoulder charge knocking Kurgan off balance.
Itaka sighed "Man try an handle yourself Hayate we're getting tired of saving you"

Ulquiorra sighed "This is going nowhere. at this rate it would be so much easier to split up and somone create a diversion so the others get past this guy"

Kurgan stumbled from Seph's kick as the rock below his feet crumbled.
He cast out an arm to catch the rockface.
"Woah....man that was too close" he glanced up at the group
"Guess you guys don't need to split up but this ain't over!"
With a flash of light Kurgan disappeared.
Someone was being dragged down to Felina's cell. The doors opened and the guard peeked his head round the corner "Your new cellmate!" he said before throwing a rugged beaten red-haired youth into the cell.
The guards laughed and slammed the door on them.
The youth coughed dust out and turned onto his side to see Felina "Hi *cough*....I'm Gareth"

Hayate slammed his fist into the rocks "That basterd!" he muttered.
Felina blinked not in the mood to socialise. She sighed and turned to face him "Hello Gareth. I'm Felina" she replied politely

Seph put her sword away "Right, shall we walk through the front door then before that guy comes back"
Alpha on the other hand turned to Hayate "Is there something you would like to inform us about ?" He asked suspiciously
