I am markedly unfamiliar with it as well, but it's in keeping with the new RP being rolled out in the Cyberdome.
Think "Steam Boy" or "Wild Wild West" or even "Frankenstein," it's a melding of Victorian era style with sci-fi that's era-appropriate. So, everything is made out of copper and brass, steam-powered but still able to achieve the impossible such as flying or a mecha.

I have no familiarity with where your crude allegory has originated from.

Roy William Harper ...So like a Gnome's wet dream right? According to what I have heard from Lex, yes. With Victorian aesthetic.
Vests, spats, pocket watches, canes, and monocles are higly reccomended. A big steampunk thing is goggles.
If you'd like a crash course in Steampunk while readng a killer comic, feel free to make your way over to Girl Genius.
There's also a steampunk fashion thread right here.

Querl Dox I have no familiarity with where your crude allegory has originated from. Your looking pretty good, but if you can find a item that looks like a prosthetic armor hand or arm I think it would fit in with Brainy's scientific origin

Querl Dox I defer to the expert. Any advice? I'd say you look pretty damn good. If the tophats here weren't so goofily over-sized I'd reccomend one, but you look good. 3nodding

A beard might be entertaining, either the Jack one or the emperor one, but I like your look. 3nodding

Ooo, what about the flight helmet? That and some fingerless gloves would be smashing.
Also, a bow-tie or a cravat might fit better than a tie.
I take it you're intentionally bare-foot?

It should layer properly.
And I second the pilots goggles hat for Warren.
I also suggest a scarf, as that's very aviator-like.
