Alexis only answered when it came to questions only she could answer. Otherwise she was happy with Daddy answering questions for, perfectly amused by dirty looks he received when he did answer.
The doc's thoughts processed the answers, especially the ones she gave. Young female, sick to her stomach no period. Apparently she didn't pay much attention to the period.
"You're pregnant, miss." He said simply, snapping Arioch out of his little spell from watching Joe pace back and forth. Arioch's face blanked and stared inside at the doc like he was crazy and they're were happily sane.
"WHAT?!" She squealed. "OUT!" She pointed for the door. Like hell she was pregnant...she couldn't have been. Could she? Even if the doc himself just said it.

He stopped mid-step and just looked at the doctor with a blank expression on his face.
"She's what?"
He asked, showing the shock the news brought. It took another few seconds for things to clarify with him, he nodded at the doctor. It might be an idea to get out of his daughters range after all, though as the doctor went to leave, he put an arm around the doctor's shoulders, guiding him past the two men, smiling quickly at Arioch.
He had no intentions of hurting the doctor, just needed to have a few words in private.
"How sure are you that she's pregnat?"
He asked the moment they were in the corridor, only to hear the doctor explain the reasons behind his assumption. It was followed by him asking what the hell to give Alexis to settle the nausea. The doctor was kind enough to explain what Alexis could do about it to Joe, but had the distinct impression the father wasn't listening to a word he was saying.
He was, he was just getting over the shock and was getting more and more frustrated at the situation.
"Who's the father?"
He finally asked, only to be told he'd have to ask her and that the doctor couldn't really say at this point, just before pointing out that she'd have to get some tests done to make sure the pregnancy was going well.
He half smiled at the dear doctor, then turned away and walked back into the room, grabbed Andras and threw him against the nearest wall, holding him there whilst he punched his face, repeatedly. The kid was the most likely father and it really got to Joe that his daughter, his Little Missy, was with child.

Arioch leapt after Joe and made a reach for Andras, grabbing hold of his chain and yanking the poor kid behind him, unfolding his wings for a slightly better barrier. His hands went to Joe's shoulders as he attempted to keep him away from the dragon.
"Joe, Joe...You don't know if he's the father."
Alexis curled up into a ball, wishing the world would just go away. She hadn't a clue to who the father was of the baby. She'd slept with so many, having a select favorites, that it could have been anyone.
She rubbed her eyes, feeling warmth there as she started crying, fear and shock mingled in one.

He was as shocked as the others when he heard his Mistress was pregnant, unlike the others though, he smiled at the news. It would be a challenge for her, but one he thought she was capable of handling.
He hadn't expected her father to react as calmly as he did though, a sign that he really didn't know the man, something that was proven again when Joe returned to the room and threw him against the wall.
He didn't flinch as the fist landed, instead, he stared into the air between himself and Joe, simply taking the next punch. If her father felt the need to take his frustration out on him, the he felt the need to do so.
He lost his balance as Arioch interveened, pretty much falling behind the demon. Once he caught himself, he whiped his hand across his nose, only to pull it away and see blood.
One thing he had established now, her father knew what he was doing in a fight and he was definatly someone Andras had no intention of ever getting on his wrong side again.
Still on the ground, he heard Arioch's words. He knew he wasn't the father, though was suprised that anyone else would think he might be.You just didn't land a job like this if you stood a chance of getting your mistress pregnant after all.
With his target now hidden behind Arioch's wings, he simply pointed at where he knew Andras to be.
"He's the only one who could have gotten her pregnant! She's got too many morals to sleep with anyone else!"
He reasoned, though, reasoning wasn't exactly the right word for what he was doing, his eyes blazing with anger.

Arioch grunted and clamped his hand over his mouth, if just to shut him up and get him to see reason.
"If she has any brain, then she'd find a way to feed on others. He can't be the only one she feeds from. He might have the stamina for a night or two but even he needs a break. So it's possible she might carry his child but you don't know that for fact."
Alexis crawled from her bed, whiping her tears away and wanted to know what was going on outside her room. Seeing Andras' nose bleed like it was, she shot her father a rather dirty look as she went to her dragon's side and gently whiped the blood away.
Arioch took the advantage and asked over his shoulder. "Alexis, sweety? Do you have any idea who the father might be?"
She shook her head, still seeing to Andras' nose. She hadn't asked to get pregnant...
Arioch looked back to Joe. "There...if she doesn't know who the father is, then it may not be Andras'."

He accepted Arioch's interfeerance, even saw the logic in what Arioch was staying, but still didn't like it.
At his daughter's look, he removed Arioch's hand from his mouth and glared at his daughter.
"You think I want you to ruin your life by having a kid at your age? You got all the time in the world to have a kid later, you don't need one whilst you're this young"
Somewhere in his speach, his voice started to carry concern which could only be gained by someone with experience in that type of field.
Despite the obvious pain, he still managed to smile as his Mistress started to clean him up.
"don't blame your father, Mistress. no father wants to see his daughter grow up to be a woman"
He spoke quietly. He had seen this before and knew that this time in her life she needed everyone's support, to now start hating the father she loved so dearly just because he lost his temper at the news was stupid.
He took the hand she was using to clean him up into his hand then, looking straight at her.
"you can do this Mistress, you're strong enough"
He assured her, having full faith in her being able to carry the child to term and be a good mother.

She closed her eyes, heading swimming as she swayed a moment. When everything stilled again, she looked up at her father.
"You think I asked to have a child now? I didn't ask for it to happen but damnit I can't stop being what I am. Like you I have to sleep around or else I'd go crazy."
Arioch refrained from saying anything this time. Joe didn't know he'd been there. So Ari just kept quiet but he didn't move from his place...yet.
Alex squirmed a little. She didn't know how to be a mother; her only example for it being Raven. She sniffled once as tears started again. She sat completely down, staring at the floor now.
"I'm scared..."

He continued holding her hand, a form of supporting her, as she spoke to her father.
"I'm not asking you to stop being what you are"
He, more than anyone else there, understood the burden you carried as incubus. As she admitted to being scared, he made his way to her side, kneeling next to her and putting his arm around her shoulders drawing her to him, doing his best to ignore her dragon.
"So am I"
He admitted to her, very quietly. Though what he was scared of was that she'd suffer a similar fate to Raven. If she only wasn't pregnant, then she couldn't end up in that position.

She clung to her father, slipping into her tears for the moment. She was scared because she had no idea what to expect, let alone who the father was. She snuggled closer to him, even as she kept some kind of touch to her dragon.
Arioch just retook his perch on the wall. Wasn't Song going to be surprised, he thought. He looked around, noticing the doc had taken his leave and blinked. He said tests would have to be done, but looking at Alex now, tests just seemed out of the question, even if they were needed.

He just held her, unsure of what else to do. This wasn't his thing, and currently, the last thing he needed. Her 'condition' meant that he couldn't just walk away like he had before. He felt a strange sense of responsibility to her and her unborn, currently fatherless, child.
He tolerated her dragon being this close to him for the time being. The guy still looked attractive, though with his face messed up, it wasn't as bad.
"Are you the father?"
He asked, looking at the dragon for a moment before looking down at his daughter again, kissing her forehead.
He remained faithfully by her side, even as she drew closer to her father. It didn't matter to him what her father wanted, it was he that had made it clear to Andras that his daughter over-rode everyone's command and that meant, he'd stay by her side until she said otherwise.
"no Sir, I am sterile"
He responded to the question of him being the father, studying the ground as he spoke. He, like the other three people in the room, had no idea who the father was

She dried her tears but didn't move. So she was an expecting mommy. Big deal...oh a very big deal. Did this mean she'd have to start shopping for everything? Or could she wait?
She slid her hands over her lower stomach, silently thinking on the child that was starting out in her. Her baby despite the unknown father. She giggled then, startling herself but she couldn't help but laugh.
Arioch raised a brow, questioning the sudden laughter.

He smiled at her, realising that she had stopped crying. His little girl, his precious daughter.. and the doctor had just proven that she was more of a woman than he liked.
He moved back a bit to study his now laughing daughter for a moment, before shaking his head, then looking over to Arioch, clearly questioning his daughters sanity.
"You know, your mother freaked out when we found out she was pregnant with you"

"And how did you guys find out about me?"
She asked, wanting to know while she was still in a laughing mood.
Arioch shrugged when Joe looked at him. He was questioning the girl's sanity himself.

"Your mother pulled me away from Arioch to tell me.."
He smiled at the memory, looking briefly over to Arioch. They were two scared kids facing an uncertain future at the time, both without family so to speak of and telling Arioch had cost both their nerves.

Arioch grinned. He remembered that day. It was a good day that one...Or so he had thought.
Alexis laughed. "Really?"
