Hesitating a moment Beckley shook his head it wasnt... well.. i mean, it.. The day he left those girls with me, was the day i knew what i had wanted to say to him forever... And so i followed him.. to the underground. But when i finally found him.. She-she was... and he.. His eyes welling up with tears Beckley faught to continue his story taking a deep breathHe was... in bed, with another woman. And if thats not bad enough, his littlest sister Zelda, followed us here and she witnessed that harlet hanging off of him aswell! noticably more "passionate" about the topic by this point, beckley was almost shouting.

"Maybe it's just because I'm unbiased to the situation... but harlot may be a bit harsh.... I mean... considering what you just did..." Michael made a bit of a face, realizing that his comment probably wasn't going to help matters. "I mean... yeah it was bad that his little sister had to see that... believe me, I've been there..." he shuddered, remembering unfortunate things that he'd witnessed between his sister and her ex "but, just because he's a jerk doesn't mean that she's necessarily a bad person..."

Huffing at Michael lowering his brow to him slightly Beckley continues I dont know for certain, but i'm positive the reason Harley left his lovingly family to come to this place was that woman!.. and thats cause enough for me. Looking away as he muttered the tail end of that sentence You had to have seen poor Zeldas' face that day, the little sweetheart was torn apart.. Poor Zee... she's such a softy, lord knows what could have possessed her to follow us here in the first place. Letting his mind wander slightly Beckley became off topic.

"Maybe you should talk to him... I mean... I'm sure he must have had some reason for what he did... may not be a good one, but I'm sure he has a reason." Michael said with nod, sort of regretting bringing the subject up.

Snapping back to reality at Michaels comment Beckley paused a moment before blurting something out I'm sure he's left the underground by now! running from his past no doubt. the boy crossed his arms over his chest very matter of factly. He.. did so love to be chased.. Beckley was unable to keep the torn look from creeping across his face as he recalled perticular moments.

"You'd never know unless you looked I suppose...." Michael said, shifting to stand up from the bed as he continued "Are you thirsty...? I'm thirsty..." he moved towards the door as he made his poorly veiled attempt at a subject, because Beckley was clearly upset by talking about Harley.

With a sigh Beckley decided Michael was right, he was only trying to help after all. Resting his hands on his knees he lifted his head confidently I think i am, does this wonderful home have somewhere we can fix that? He teased playfully, standing up and bounding over to cling to Michaels arm.

"Indeed..." Michael said with a bit of a laugh "Kitchen is this way.." he continued, leading Beckley out of the bedroom and over towards the doorway on the far side of the spiral staircase.
As they approached the doorway, they could see that they had not in fact been alone this whole time. Sitting cross legged on the counter, wearing purple plaid pajama pants and a black tank top, was Michael's sister Lena. As she heard them approach she looked up from the magazine she'd been thumbing through and mumbled a 'hi' from behind her hand as she'd just stuck a cookie in her mouth before they walked in.

Blinking at the young ladie wondering how much she had heard between the two, as she drew his attention Beckley blushed smiling politly but noticably nervous as he stuck close to Michael. Is that...your sister? Beckley muttered quietly looking up at his host. Sighing to himself Beckley couldnt help but admire the young womans figure, growing quickly jelous.

"Uh-huh..." Michael said with a nod before moving over to the fridge in search of something to drink.
"Hi.. I'm Lena.." She said with a smile as she slid down from the counter, straightening out her clothes before offering a hand to Beckley "Sorry you had to meet me in my pajamas, but Mikey didn't tell me he was having company over..." she continued, looking over at her brother, who had looked up from the fridge at the mention of his name "Well soooorry..." he teased "I didn't know I was having company over or I would have told you.." he laughed before turning back to the fridge.

Doing his best to behaive Beckley Smiled politely at the young woman as she extended her hand, rather then returning the gesture Beckley simply clasped his hands together and offered a polite bow to the young ladie. I um, didnt mean to intrude miss.. Beckley said with an obviouse apologetic tone Your brother was just showing me around is all.. and we.. found our way back here. I.. i didnt mean.. well i.. Catching himself rambling Beckley stopped taking a deep breath he spoke once more My name is.. Beckley. pleased to mean you..

"It's nice to meet you Beckley... and there's no need to apologize..." Lena said, moving back over to her spot on the counter "Mikey lives here, he's allowed guests... I'm just teasing..." she giggled, pulling her legs up to her chest and resting her chin on her knees.
"Yeah... ignore her..." Michael said with a laugh as he straightened back up, handing a can of soda over to Beckley as he continued "she likes to think she's funny..."

Oh yes, o-ofcourse Taking the cold drink from Michael beckley held it in one hand, tracing the brim of the can with his finger gently, thinking to himself how different Lena was from Zelda, the way the siblings behaived with one another caused Beckley to recall more memories, withdrawing from his usual talkative self he quietly enjoyed his drink.

Michael pulled a chair out from the table and gestured for Beckley to sit before pulling another out for himself.
"So.... how long have you been here in the underground...?" Lena asked, picking up another cookie to munch on as she spoke.
