"Ashira, you have to come with me" Wyrdel said, in a voice that suggested the conversation was over. "Say your goodbyes and meet me outside." With that, Wyrdel swiftly turned on his heal and strode out of the infirmary, not giving any of the others even the slightest glance.

Riven was walking along a path in the forest. it was a dark path with over grown plants and trees that seemed to move. She kept stealing glances at the scenery around her feeling as though someone was following her. She shrugged it off and kept walking when she sensed a powerful energy signal headed her way. She flitted into a tree and sat there watching, waiting. Riven hid her energy and tried to mask her sent when a strong wind blew her hair. It smelt of...pine trees.

Ashira looked up, tears in her eyes as her cousin walked out. She shut her eyes tightly before slowly slipping from the bed to stand. She rubbed her eyes slowly, trying to stop her sniffling.

I've just spent most of the weekend reading a 48-chapter-long fanfic that was full of depressing, sad things.))

Wyrdel leaned against a wall, waiting impatiently for Ashira. He crossed his arms and huffed slightly, tapping his foot against the floor.

She looked up, biting her lip, gulping down her tears, "Hiei-sama... I... I.." she looked away and hid her face in her hands, sitting back down on the bed heavily.

Wyrdel impatiently and tossed his braid back. "I can't make the decision for her" he grumbled, a slight pout touching his lips "She better say 'that thing'. Otherwise I have to take her back."

Ashira looked up at Hiei slowly, "I.. don't want to leave Hiei-sama.. but.. if something happens to you.. I'll have nowhere to go.." she looked down, "Atleast.. If something happens to you.. and I'm away.. it won't hurt as much.." she trailed off.
