Grid Name Thread Fighting Character Name: J'hcre and Green Paciseth Location: Western Weyr Quote: 36-39: Your dragon took a nasty score on one of their limbs, that's going to need extra close tending, and might leave them with a bit of a limp. Roll a D10. Odds are the limp will be permanent. Events the limp will only be temporary.

You took no damage and came out without a scratch. You were on point! You even managed to get a few of your wingmates out of close calls and warn them of trouble. Be proud! You flew well. 1: You're not sure what happened but you flew horribly! Both you and your dragon wound up injured and will be down for some time. Roll an extra D100 to see how long you're out! 1-50. An entire sevenday! Ouch! Better make sure those wounds stay clean. 51-80: Two to Three sevendays. A little longer than you hoped but some wounds require a bit more time to heal. 81-90: One to Three months. Consider yourself temporarily grounded and will likely wind up in the Queen's Wing before being back up to snuff. The injuries were substantial but you'll make it with time. 91-96: 4-6 Months. Yikes. You and your dragon are going to need some major time to recuperate and some time for therapy. They'll likely need to return to the Queen's Wing before going right back to a Fighting Wing. 97-99: 6-12 Months. Oh dear. Healers have some mixed feelings about whether or not you'll make a full recovery. Whatever happened, someone lost some limbs or was so horribly wounded it's going to be a very long road to recovery, if you ever fully recover. Recuperation, and rehabilitation will likely be necessary. You'll definitely need to be n the Queen's Wing before you go back into a fighting wing. 100: Permanently Grounded. Your dragon might not ever be able to fly again, or you lost enough of your limbs that it's going to be a long, long, time before you go back up IF you ever go back up! Time to hang up those knot. [If you don't want to permanently injure your characters, feel free to simply re-roll a number between 51-99 instead. :3]

Grid Name Fighting Dragon Grid Character Name: Branwyn of Green Delyth Location: High Reaches Weyr 98 95-98: You saved one of your wingmates from harm's way! It was a spectacular move, one you're sure the Harper's will want to record and sing about for the ages. It was a risky move but it was a life worth saving. You and your dragon were on-point and deserve all the praise. OOCly, you absolutely can talk to your wingmates about seeing if anyone wanted an epic save.

Grid Name Candidate Grid Character Name: Keleres Location: Western Weyr Quote: 3. It's your turn to help out in the kitchens but oh man, what a mess you've made. You were supposed to be watching a pot or a tray over the fire, and get distracted. Roll a D4 to see what you were cooking and how bad the main course of the meal is burned! 1. It's a bit crispy but almost edible if you close your eyes and pretend its meat. 2. The soup boiled over and it looked all right (despite about three inches of burned goo and a pot that no longer can be used). Unfortunately, no amount of salt or pepper is going to hide that charred taste that has permeated throughout the entire batch. 3. ...Black can be eaten, right? ... No. Looks like it's salad for dinner because the meat is so charred and blackened nothing living would bother. You basically cooked ashed. Good job. 4. Whatever it was, it is literally on fire and now there's a fire in the lower Caverns. How did you even-- Ho boy. They take care of the fire, but you'll likely be unwelcome in the kitchens anytime soon. If you are sent back, you'll likely be under strict watch.
