Well, I'm off...See you all in a couple of days. Hopefully with my oldest daughter at my side. *fidgets* It's 5am, I'm exhausted, scared to death of flying, and scared/nervous about what will/might happen when I go to pick up my daughter. Wish me luck, I'll be back soon.

good luck illiana!
hmm.. i haven't flown with naaman yet. well, i flew when i was preggies with him... but not since i had him. um, when he was just under a year, we did take the greyhound back to michigan... which took about two days... it was really exhausting. especially on the stent from flagstaff until the texas stop... because that bus driver was a piece of crap dude... told me if naaman started crying that he was dropping us off at the next stop... and i was so nervous... cuz he made a few noises. was so worried.. but the other guys who had still been on that bus who came all the way from san diego with me all said they'd have kicked his a** if he even tried it.

Good luck on the trip you two! Definately prepare for the worst. Some kids take the ear popping a lot worse than others, especially if they were sick not long before.

Nopenname If you purchase a seat for him you will be garunteed to put his carseat there. But if you do not, you will have to hold him if the flight is full. You may want to ask the flight attendant if the flight your on has open seats if you can move there. Otherwise you will have to hold him. My best advice is to be genuinely sorry if your child screams or is a nuiscance. Because generally people are accepting if the parent is like sorry, i apologize, heh...babies, and you make a genuine effort to comfort him. you might ask the flight attendants during flight if you can walk up and down with him. If he uses a binky, or bottle have one ready as you are getting ready to lift off, if he's BFed have that ready too. It'll help with any ear popping. Also, if you haven't bought tix yet, sacrifice your own sleep to take flights at rediculous hours when HE'LL be asleep for CERTAIN. Also, on Red eye flights you might have a better chance of getting an open seat without paying AND you'll pay less for tix. thanks so much the great advice, i hope that the plane will have some seats available when we fly......we are leaving at 6pm our time to CA.....so hopefully........once agian, thanks so much!

I'm still routing for you! *smacks the edit button* Anyway, Thanks...It's going to be..interesting here soon. VERY interesting. Suffice it to say, I'm not going to p***y foot around anymore. I'm tired of playing games, it's time for the big guns. The big legal ones, that carry around briefcases and dress in $5000.00 suits, and are very good to have on your side, but VERY bad to have against you.

Question for everyone... is anyone else having trouble accessing some of the forums? I can get into GD, ED, chatterbox, exchange, and all that with no problem, as with this guild. However, ones like the RP forums I can go IN, but I can't access any of the threads at all. I get a blank screen saying Quote: Fatal error: Unknown function: find_announcements() in /home/admin/public_html/forum/dao/dao_library/viewforum.php on line 56 *bites Gaia* Work, blast you! Work!
