Well then, please.. stop thinking of such things.
There really isn't point in doing that and even thought you might think the same thing about life right now, there is still more to living than there is to dying.
This is really cliché and you've probably heard this countless times already, but you are still young and there's so much more to still come.
I know that living in the dark is really hard, but ultimately it is something that guides us to the light, too.
If you can't find a reason to live for youself, atleast find a reason to live for others.

If you can't find a reason to live for youself, atleast find a reason to live for others. i had a reason to live and i went and ******** that up because i got scared of finally being happy and now? now she won't even talk to me when i have this guilt on my chest, i know i need to move on but i can't she was the last thing keeping my alive and my own stupid ******** fears ruined it for me...

I know I'm a total stranger and I don't know your who situation that you are in. But suicide isn't the option. I don't know how old you are or if she is even your first love, but what I can tell you is that there are more people out there. If she is truly the one you want to spend the rest of your life with, you may need to give her some time to think. I know how much it is going to hurt, not being able to talk to her and what not, but if the relationship doesn't work at least that way you can still have her as a friend. It's better to have loved then not loved at all. Right? These things help us grow as human beings, you just need to take what you have learned from your situation and learn what you can to prevent such thing from happening in the future. I think it's safe to say that almost every has had that "One that got away" and we all regret not doing something better or changing our actions. But when one door closes another door opens. Sorry if I started to right a novel but I've been in your situation before and truly believed that I had no reason to live. But I did, and you do too. Just do the things you love to do, and you, yourself can make yourself happy. smile if you even feel you need anyone to talk to just PM me and I will listen and try to help you through things.
