Phancy chuckled at herself for misunderstanding, and at him for not understanding either. 'Silly Tex, you can't just hide away from Melody. You better start coming out of that shell of yours and stop reading so much. That's all in the past now.' One thing that she wanted to know was how Melody even met all these people and why they were living in her house. She'd have to ask after she told Melody about herself.
Once the limo finally came to a halt and the door opened, Mabel stepped out and looked around. There were lots of people but only a few actually turned to gawk at the limo. This made her chuckle as she moved away from the limo and looked around for Melody. Once she was spotted she gave a high-pitched whistle to catch her attention, and anyone else with sensitive ears.
Melody had become a little less chatty as she leaned against Phancy and mumbled things to her every now and then. It wasn't until an ear-splitting whistle came from behind her and her ears stood up straight. She turned around and saw Mabel coming towards them so she smiled and began to wave.

... You don't understand me while I don't understand you all. I don't plan on getting too attached to people, Tex growled as he began messing with his tail. Do you think Melody would like hearing something in Engish mixed with Arabic lyrics? His growl had changed into a more gentle tone with his question.

A brilliant, devilish smile spread across Phancy's face as she turned to look at Tex. 'I plan that I will make you at least more social, or hate me so much you will want to suffocate me with those pretty little wings of yours.' She became silent as she thought for a moment. Then she added with a more serious tone. 'She would be impressed and most likely find it amazing.'

Can't wait to bite your tongue off, Tex's snickered as his tail slid around his leg for the third time that night. I might sing more than one song to see if she'll smile. IF I sing at all that is...

Phancy had to bite her bottom lip and take a step back to make sure she didn't burst out laughin. Of course she had to make a stupid remark about that. 'Nu-uh, no tongue on the first date!' But then she accidentally bit her lip too hard and she began to bleed. 'Whoa, no, don't even consider singing. If you sing then I have to and I don't want to think about that.' Well, if she really did have to sing, she knew of the perfect song.

Phancy scoffed as she turned and glared at Tex. 'I am not afraid of singing in front of others or of my soul being taken. Although I'm sure you couldn't do it in the first place.' The real reason she didn't want to sing was it made her sad. The only exception to that was when she sang to Melody sometimes when she was lonely. 'I thought you were smart! Of course she is you nimrod.'

I am smart on things most people aren't too intelligent on. I'm just not real socially inept... I don't understand people and their feelings... Besides, I'm sure she isn't one for songs that are dark, depressing and violent. She's too nice for that... Tex scowled as his eyes shifted away from her. I have several songs that are like that... You should sing Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne. It seems like a song you both would enjoy...

((Yeah, same here, I know half of them, plus Eisbrecher is so close to Ice cream in German. xD ))
Phancy smiled as her eyes sparkled. He didn't know her at all, neither did he know Melody that well. 'Well, if that is true, then I guess I'll have to sing first before you sing... And I'll make sure you understand human emotions eventually.' She chuckled as she glanced back at Tex. 'I shall never sing such a song like that! I already made up my mind to a song that I want to sing anyways.' She actually did want to sing now, only to prove something to Tex.
"Have fun!" Mabel smiled and gave James a wink as he walked away. This was such an interesting day... This may be the first time in a long time that she was ecstatic and actually enjoying herself.
