[Iceears was done chew her leaves up and watched Breezekit chew her's up. She heard Spadepaw and nodded in greetings. Her eyes narrowed at Pepperpaw when he jumped to his paws.]
"Pepperpaw! Lay back down right now! I need to treat your wound, after I'm done with that then talk to Spadepaw. Everything's fine Spadepaw. How's your tail?"
[Iceears said calmly looking at Spadepaw before turning back to Pepperpaw and giving him a stern look that said if he didn't want to be in a world of hurt he better lay down again.]

We are the swift... We are the strong...  Pepperpaw[Pepperpaw flinched at Iceear's tone and look.]
"Sorry." [He muttered to both Iceears and Spadepaw. Slowly he layed down, exposing his paw once again. He laid his head down. This was his first actual injury, he wanted the treatment to be done and over with. He hated waiting of any sort.]
"You don't have to stare thorns at me..." [He mumbled under his breath.] We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

"As long as you listen I don't."
[Iceears said returning to her light and happy mood. Iceears took the squished up leaves and applied it to Pepperpaw's wound. It would sting the wound, but it would help heal it and keep away infection. She quickly put the cobwebs on, gently lacing them over his wound and then set two poppy seeds in front of him. She looked at him to Breezekit and then said,]
"Alright Pepperpaw, you're free to go, just be light on that paw and don't do any heavy training or chasing 'rabbits.' Now, Breezekit, you saw how I did the cobwebs right? Just enough to stop the wound from bleeding, but not so much as to hinder movement. And poppy seed, you don't want to give a cat too many or they won't be able to feel pain and tell you. Kits you normally give only one to, apprentices two to three, and warriors it depen how big they are and how much pain they're in."
[Iceear's tone of voice when she said rabbits implied that she didn't believe Pepperpaw's story, but she wasn't going to say anything.]

 Spadepaw "Perfection is impossible. Loyalty is not." ♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤[Spadepaw nodded, waiting until the two had finished their conversation.]
"My tail is doing fine, i appreciate your concern. Good thing the land's mostly moor, i can't doubt it'd be quite harder trying to climb trees and all. Oh, and we didn't quite get to training today, maybe later, though. Cometstream's story took a while to be told and all."
[She stood, and finally realized.]
"Oh, that reminds me. I'll be right back."
[Spadepaw padded off to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a rabbit and a squirrel, returning to the medicine den and setting the prey before Iceears and Breezekit.]
"Here. Medicine cats have to eat, as well."
[She shot a smile at Breezekit.]
"So do medicine cat apprentices."
[She mewed, stressing the word apprentice to signify how happy she was for her clanmate.]
"She will become Breezepaw soon, right Iceears?"

BreezekitI never thought this would be my fate,[Breezekit nodded in understanding. She smiled and started to hop around joyfully.]"Does this mean I get to help around until we go to the moonpool?"[She mewed curiously.]"Or am I considered your apprentice now?"[She asked. She smiled at Spadepaw. Her mouth watered at the scent of fresh-kill, but she wanted to let Iceears eat first.]"I can't Wait until I'm Breezepaw!"[She smiled and started to hop around again. She hadn't been this happy since....well a long time.] Yet it seems that it is true....

[Iceears stifled a purr a amusement and then looked surprised at the fresh-kill. Iceears said,]
"Thank you Spadepaw. You're very kind. She will become Breezepaw as soon as the next half-moon comes around. We will both go to Moonpool and if Breezekit gets accepted by Starclan as the next medicine cat apprentice then yes, she will become Breezepaw. I've never heard of a cat not being accepted by Starclan, so I'm positive she will be my apprentice. Thank you Spadepaw."

"Hunting sounds good. Sure, i'll go with you."
[She mewed, padding up to the tom.]

"That's well understandable...Spadepaw's been nothing but in love lately, it's hard to talk to her for at least a couple moments before she'll start into 'Pepperpaw' this, and 'Pepperpaw' that. It's shameful to see her so unfocused by all this, in all honesty."

We are the swift... We are the strong... Pepperpaw [Pepperpaw pushed himself to his feet, being more careful this time. He dipped his head to Iceears then to Breezekit.]
"Thank you both very much." [He said, letting his eyes drift over Breezekit. The chances of her not becoming a medicine cat apprentice was slim.] "I'm sure StarClan will accept you with open paws."
[With another dip of his head he thanked them both before padding out into the clearing. A small gust of wind bristled his pelt and he purred. He doubted he would chase after a certain 'rabbit' anytime soon. It had ran away, now it had to survive on it's own. He looked back, awaiting Spadepaw to emerge into the clearing before going and farther.] We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

[She mewed, padding out of the medicine den. She padded up to the black tom, brushing her pelt against his with a purr rumbling through her.]

We are the swift... We are the strong... Pepperpaw [Pepperpaw returned Spadepaw's purr with his own and added a quick lick to her cheek. He sat down, curling his tail around his paws. Early the next morning he wanted to learn how to hunt and the only way that would happen was if he talked to his mentor. Which he now planned to do that day.]
"It's been a long day...hasn't it?" [He asked, turning his head to watch Spadepaw.] We are and always will be... Breezeclan...
