Maluxia, The Graceful Assassin....

User Image
"Biology. Biologybiologybiologybiology...." he muttered going past many doors, onne of them being the right one. Oh well. He could skip this as well. But, sitting around for half the day felt boring. So he decided to go to this one. He pushed past a group of people smoking and writing obscene things on walls, the "bad" group, and got the information out of them after a bit of small threats and pain inflicted to their leader. And it was halfway across the school, next door to where he was about ten minutes ago. He felt someone opening a corridor or darkness, and the presence of..... other nobodies, as well as some kind of staff yelling at him a few feet away. But, he didn't care at the moment, that would sort itself out later. Right now he was thinking that he would follow the nobody's example, and opened one himself, appearing in the class without a sound. But he was definitely sure that the other nobodies in here knew his presence as well. But that wasn't on his mind, either, but somewhere tucked away with the rest of his problems. His only thought was, 'who am I going to bring to the dance?'

....And Schoolboy.

Sora waited for Roxas to reply, but nothing came for a while. Surely the blonde had to be upset, so he wouldn’t bother him about it unless he wanted to talk. Maybe he was actually trying to pay attention in class for once. Speaking of which, ended very abruptly. The brunette raised his brows, a little surprised, before gathering up his things and shouldering his bag. He then walked out of the classroom, but not before giving a quick wave to Axel. He was just really eager to see Kairi again, so he didn’t want to wait around to chat. He quickly turned the corner and headed down the hall. He passed someone he at first thought was Kairi, but quickly realized that she didn’t have red hair. It was styled the same, though, and she had the same figure. It puzzled him slightly. He’d seen her around before, but he hadn’t paid too much attention to her. Seeing her now was like a slap in the face.

Sora ignored it and headed to Biology, knowing Kairi would meet him in the doorway. He didn’t see Naminé or Riku in the halls, which made him wonder and worry slightly. Yes, he wanted Naminé to be happy, but at the same time really didn’t want her to end up with Riku. There were so many other girls for the silvernette. He pushed the thought aside and stopped near the doorway to his Biology class. He looked inside quickly to see if Kairi was there already, but ended up spotting someone else he knew. He rolled his eyes.
”The man who thought he was a chick’s in this class with me too?” he wondered aloud to himself. He’d probably said that loud enough for Marluxia to hear, but he really didn’t care. The pinkette didn’t matter to him at the moment. He looked away from the classroom and down the hall, waiting for Kairi to come to meet him.

((Yeah, wolfgirl, I kinda posted to you in my last Sora post. It's too late now, but if Skyler has class with Sora and Kairi next [Biology], then we'd be glad to interact with her.))

Aros was quite content with Rikia agreeing with him. His plans would run more smoothly this way. But now wasn’t the time to gloat about the possibility of the plans working out. He had to set some of them in action. So he’d opened a Corridor of Darkness and appeared on the grounds of Destiny High. Now, he wanted to keep a low profile and his identity hidden until he could reveal it at the Christmas Eve Ball. It was always more fun to mess things up when everything seemed to be going well. So he couldn’t just cause a ruckus. He’d have to draw Riku out on his own, do something that would only bring him if he wished to manipulate that darkness inside of him. But where to start to look? Keeping his hood drawn over his head, he stepped inside the school.

The first place Aros came upon was the gymnasium. It was vacant, as the weather was nice and the gym classes were outside, plus preparations were being made for the dance. Only one girl was inside and she was putting up banners. This struck him as interesting. A loner? There seemed to be a lot of darkness in her heart that he could sense. Definitely an outcast. He smirked, knowing he could use this to his advantage. All he had to do was act “kind” to gain her respect, and then use her like a tool. It would be easy, and good practice for Riku. So the cloaked ravenette approached the girl, folding his arms over his chest.

”What are you doing in here all alone?” he asked, trying to sound concerned and caring. ”Would you like some help?” If he could just get her to talk to him, he could get her to reveal some of her feelings and play off of those. That was the downfall to having a heart. It made one far too gullible.

Marluxia, The Graceful Assassin.
...
User ImageMarluxia turned, snarling. "Sora, I will cut your head off, and leave the rest of you to Vexen, to have his way, and experiment all he likes. He can a**l-probe you, for all I care." he growled, angrily.
Oh, I will skin him later. He thought, and felt happy with that image in his mind. Then snapped to reality, sadly realizing, for the time being, that Sora was still among the living.
What a pity...
As it was, he slapped the boy. It made him happy to do so. Then he sat down in a random seat, with no discrimination to who he was next to. Trivial things like that didn't matter. He muttered crude things about the brunette to himself, into a small, uncomfortable desk. And then class started for good.

The teacher tapped the board, and wrote something mind-numbingly boring that made time nearly stop. Approaching the speed of light didn't slow time. Approaching school did. The pinkette payed semi-attention, which meant that he kept his head up, and his eyes open, and tried to not snore that badly. Which was plenty good, but people kept giving him odd looks when he was conscious, and mumbling ride things to their friends about his hair. A teacher told them to shut up as politely as she could, and then continued to write, adding an after-note to Marluxia to stop dying his hair such a distracting color, it was 'disrupting class'. He grunted something, and sighed, not really listening.

Marly leaned back in his chair, feet on the desk to keep him propped up, and put his hands behind his back. Just because he attended didn't mean he would be a 'good child' and 'listen', either. He was sure he fit in, just about. Everyone else was pointing and saying things, so he supposed that was a good sign. They admired him.

....And Schoolboy.

Enid climbed down the ladder slowly and turned around.
"i volunteered to h--help with setting up the gym for tonights dance" she said nervously this being the first time anyone was concerned for her.
"you mean you would actually help ME?" she said smiling a bit "Wow, your the first person who has been nice to me since i came here" she said.
she looked up "i still gotta put the banners and ribbons up, would you like to blow up the balloons," she said passing him a couple of packets of balloons.
She climbed back up the ladder.
What a nice guy she though as she carried on.

((yaay for cues, so i take its hes gonna be playing on her emotions while shes thinking hes being nice and kind?, good idea biggrin ))

Aros smirked as the girl told him that he was the first person that was ever nice to him. Perfect. He’d already caught her in his little trap and he’d barely said anything to her. This was going to be so easy it would almost be insulting. But he would still do it, because besides the darkness in her heart, he could sense that there was a power about the girl that made her unique. And he really wished to use that against his Other and his friends. Not to mention, four was a better number than two, or even three if his plans with Riku worked out, which he had not doubt they would. So he put on his best surprised/sad face as the girl told him about what she had to do.
”Really?” he asked, cocking his head to the side. ”That’s a pity. Why wouldn’t they ever be nice to you? You seem kind enough to me.” Oh yes, this was going to be far too easy.

The girl requested that Aros could help by blowing up balloons. He really didn’t care for doing such a thing, but he had to stick with the part. So he took the flimsy balloons with a smile and started stretching them out. He looked around the room, getting a feel for how he would make his grand entrance tonight. There was a track that went around the top of the gymnasium, a row of steps that could be pulled out by a lever at the top and bottom of the gym. Perfect. He could just picture them walking down, to Sora and the other’s great surprise. He grinned darkly, then remembered the company he was in. At least his face was shrouded in shadows.

”So, tell me more about yourself,” he began, wanting to find more he could use against her. ”My name’s Aros, by the way. Who are you?” He’d finished stretching out the balloons and started blowing them up. He specifically started with the black and red balloons. They matched him quite well, though the girl wouldn’t be able to see that.

he asked her abit about herself ,
"well theres not much to say, my names Enid, im 16, i was born on december the 22nd , and my blood type is 0+ " she replied to him smiling.
She had finished the last of the bows and began moving on to the tinsel,
She started bordering the stage with it.
It took only about a minuite and she moved on to setting up the karaoke machine.
"Why dont you tell me a bit about you?" she asked .

Can someone without a heart truly feel?
Or are these feelings simply an illusion created from memories of a past existence?

~Alexander~
Heir to The World That Never Was

User Image

In the past couple of months since their adventure to Halloween town, Alexander hadn't done anything too eventful. The nobody had made a few trips back to Halloween Town without telling anyone. He had far too much time to make up for with his sister, but at the same time he didn't want Hikari to know he had been seeing the girl. So, he had made his trips so far, either at night or during his lunch break at school.

Alexander awoke the morning of the Christmas Eve dance and quickly pulled himself out of bed. He looked in his closet and pulled out a his school uniform, looking at it with an annoyed look on his face. He really, didn't care for the outfit, it just wasn't really his style. With a light grunt of distaste the boy slipped into the uniform and grabbed his books before walking to school with Hikari. The two hadn't really talked that much since he had found out that she had a daughter who happened to be the Nobody's sister, but he hoped to change that today. Before the two parted for class Alexander stopped and carefully took hold of Hikari's wrist to stop her as well. He then dropped his grip and looked up at her. "Umm, Hikari. I was kind of wondering if you would like to go to the dance tonight? I know your brother wouldn't really approve of it, but I'd really like to do something fun with you." He lifted his hand to his forehead and carefully brushed back a few strands of his white hair, that had fallen in front of his eyes.

But, if these feelings are created from memories, doesn't that make them based in reality?
Whether they are true or not is unimportant, what matters is that they are not ignored.

Aros scoffed slightly as the girl, Enid, told him that the others thought she was a freak. But on the inside he was laughing. This was so perfect!! He couldn’t believe his luck. With how things were going today, taking advantage of Riku would be a no-brainer. He finished blowing up the rest of the balloons before looking back to the girl.
”Funny, they say the same about me too,” he lied. But he knew saying this would get her to “relate” to him even more. ”They just don’t respect a good person when they see one, right? I mean, you’re a fine person. I can see that. And you think I’m pretty okay too?” He needed to seal the deal somehow… But how, without making it totally obvious what he wanted from her? Revenge was going to be the biggest point he could use, but when to bring it up? He didn’t want to force it on her and make it sound suspicious.

Enid then went on to tell him that she was 16 and her birthday, which happened to be only a few days ago.

”Really? Well, happy birthday, then, a little late,” he told her brightly. She gave him her blood type also, which he found weird, so he just ignored it. Then she turned the question on himself. Time to come up with some clever lies.
”Well, I’m not that fascinating…” he procrastinated, shuffling his foot on the ground. ”My parents abandoned me when I was young. Had nothing but this oversized cloak, which I just grew into. I raised myself, alone. Because of that, people think I’m weird, pathetic.” A low growl emitted from his throat, perfect to set the atmosphere. ”I want to get revenge on all those people. Tonight would be perfect… Just to show all those jerks that I can be someone. You can too… If only I knew someone with some sort of… power…” He let his voice trail off. Hopefully Enid would offer her nameless power, the one he could sense inside of her. If she did, then the plan would be set. He would take her with him. And then he could move on to make his own Riku.

Hikari paused for a moment when Alexander grabbed her hand and asked her to go to the dance, though he was sure that Riku wouldn't approve even though he'd still want to do something fun with her. She never really had 'fun' before. Even when they were in Halloween Town, being reunited with Shock and having to explain to everyone what had happen that brought her to this point was far from fun. She then felt something tug upwards at the corners of her mouth, but she fought it to keep a straight face. "I'll go with you," she agreed, lifting her eyes up to him.

Roxas barely registered that Kairi was talking to him. Just before he was going to answer Sora, he lifted his head just as his pencil snapped in his hands after he heard the news that Riku wasn't in class either. That sneaky, undermining b*****d! He looked at Kairi. "Can you find out where Namine is? Sora says that Riku isn't in class," he told her, trying to keep his voice low and level so as to not attract unwanted attention from the teacher.

When Roxas replied to Kairi it didn't surprise her that he asked about Naminé. The blonde asked her if she could find out where Naminé was, saying that Sora had told him Riku wasn't in class. That certainly was fishy. "What?!" the red head exclaimed in a hushed voice, almost forgetting to whisper, Riku's not in class either? Hmm... Well don't worry Roxas, I'll try my best to contact Naminé. I just hope she replies..." The Princess then went on to contact her Other. "Naminé? Are you there? Where are you? Roxas and I are worried about you. Please, talk to me..." Kairi thought to Naminé through their link. She really hoped her Nobody would respond.

As she waited, Kairi went back to her classwork, and before she knew it, the period was over and the bell rang. The crimsonette gathered up her things and turned to Lakayna and smiled, "Bye Lakayna. See you in gym!" The red head then got up and walked over to Roxas and told him, "I haven't heard anything from Naminé yet, but the moment I do, I'll tell Sora so he can tell you." Kairi then gave him a smile and waved, "I'll see you later Roxas." She headed out the door, really hoping that by the end of the day Sora's Other would have cheered up some.

Kairi was so eager to see Sora again that she practically ran the entire way from her English classroom to Biology. When she reached the science hall she saw her boyfriend at the end of it, waiting for her outside the classroom. "Sora!" the Princess called happily as she waved and ran over to him. As she made her way over to the brunette her smile turned into a frown. Marluxia had just come up next to the Keyblade Master. Why was he there? Kairi groaned. Did they have Biology with him now? As the crimsonette approached the two boys, her annoyance turned to anger. She had just caught the pinkette threaten Sora and slap him. Before Sora could react Kairi rushed forward. Smack. The Princess slapped Marluxia across the face. Her eyes flashed dangerously as glared at the Nobody and said in a deadly tone, "Don't you dare touch my boyfriend again." Marluxia had already hurt Sora and Naminé once, she didn't want him to hurt them ever hurt again. She would do anything to make sure he didn't.

The red head continued to glare at the Nobody as he entered the classroom and sat down. Once he was gone, Kairi turned her attention back to Sora. She gave him an apologetic smile, embarrassed that she had shown such a nasty side of herself. She then asked him, "Are you okay?" The Princess knew he was fine but she couldn't help but worry. She took the Keybearer's hand and led him into the classroom, finding seats as far away from Marluxia as possible. Once they sat down, Kairi's normal sweet smile returned. "I missed you," she told Sora she pulled out her books. She knew it sounded cheesy, but it was the truth. She then remembered what Roxas had said. "Roxas told me that you said Riku wasn't in class. Naminé wasn't in class either... I wonder what's going on. Roxas asked me to find out where Naminé is, so I contacted her, but I'm still waiting for her to reply. I told Roxas that the moment I hear from her, I'd tell you so you could tell him. I hope everything's okay..." Kairi stated in a concerned voice.

We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.~

Marluxia, The Graceful Assassin....

User ImageMarluxia rubbed his poor face with one hand, aghast. How dare that girl, slap him when she didn't even know the story. Sora and his cronies, no, followers, doing whatever he wanted because he didn't have the nerve to slap Marly himself. What was her problem?! Oh, he wanted to kill her now. Kill her, resurrect her, and then do it again. 'Don't you dare touch my boyfriend again'? Oh, and he didn't kill me. No, I would have absolute no reason to hate him, so why bother the kid, was that right? Ugh. He hated the girl, and the keyblade brat. And then she went on to say how she 'pledged her everlasting love' and whatever, plus some Namine comment. Blah, blah, blah. He was sure a vein was ready to pop on one side of his face now, and he was scowling and glaring so hard people shied away from him. But that was good, too. He felt like stomping out of this class, as well. But he didn't, just to spite him. It seemed that the kid would dislike the day more if he stayed around. And any chance to do that was fine by him.

....And Schoolboy.

Alexander smiled when Hikari agreed to go to the dance with him, and looked into her eyes. "It's such a shame that you kept your eyes covered for so long. They are beautiful." The nobody said softly, his cheeks turning a light rosy color after he realized he had said it out loud. Alexander quickly looked away from Hikari. "Umm, do you have anything to wear to the dance? If not, we could go shopping if you want. Or maybe you could ask Kairi to go with you or something if you don't want me there."

As Sora stood there waiting for Kairi to arrive, he remembered the sudden wave of anger that had flashed through him in the middle of Social Studies class. It had to be from Roxas, since it’d come only a couple moments after he’d told him that Riku wasn’t in class. He’d have to make his number one job keeping the two separated until things got sorted out, and even after that. But for now, all he could do was keep in touch with his Nobody and try to keep him calm. Maybe when Kairi showed up, his happiness would spread to the blonde… or only make his anger worse. Before that could happen, however, it seemed that Marluxia had heard his earlier comment. He really hadn’t been expecting him to do anything about it, so when his hand flashed across his face, it caught him completely by surprise. When it finally registered that he’d been it, he clenched his hands into fists and raised one to strike back.

But before Sora could make another move, a red blur beat him to the punch, literally. He stared wide-eyed at Kairi for a moment, resisting a dumbfounded yet completely impressed smile. However, when Marluxia spoke again, that expression disappeared and he glared daggers at the Nobody.
”You shut up,” he demanded, his voice much lower and harsher than usual. ”I swear, if you lay one hand on her ever, I have no problem with running my Keyblade through your empty chest again.” He knew how cruel that was, but he really couldn’t stand the man. He didn’t really remember who he was, but if he’d scared Naminé as badly as he had when she’d first seen him, then he had to be bad news. Not to mention, if it hadn’t been for him, Naminé wouldn’t have been left alone and Riku and Roxas wouldn’t be in this huge fight. Well, they probably would be, but still, it would have been delayed.

Kairi quickly apologized for her behavior, making Sora rub the back of his head.
”Me too,” he replied. He didn’t want his girlfriend to see that side of him too often. But when people threatened -- or looked like they were going to threaten -- his friends, he wasn’t going to stand idly by. The girl pulled him into the classroom and they sat down. She told him she missed him, making him chuckle.
”I counted the seconds, what about you?” he laughed. She then explained that she’d told Roxas she would have him tell him if she heard anything from Naminé. He nodded at the idea. She seemed worried. He grasped her hand under the table as the bell rang. ”Don’t worry. It’ll all be okay.”
