Heck yeah! I finished drawing Daikoku as an Arrancar. I even drew her ressurrecion. Although...
The proportions are off...which makes me sad because I did not notice that until I scanned them. So yeah...I can do so much better! That's what gets me about the drawing! I hate it when my magical artistic talent disappears when I need it! >.<
Anyways, now I just need another Hollow to convince Daikoku to become an Arrancar/ join their side so I can get her rolling along in this rp. Any Hollows out there willing to lend a helping to a fellow sister who is completely batshit crazy? Anyone? I can become your fraccion until She learns everything and becomes powerful enough to no longer be considered one.

you realize that people who complete the academy will be better set to enter teh divisions with characters who already have some plot and some few will have shikai.

Yep but, all in all those who are already in the different Divisions have already passed the Academy. Also while in the academy your suppose to have the captains come by and teach something also.

I have a little problem.. I A) I dont really understand kido and bakudo spells for shinigami and B) is it even possible for a shinigami to be a healer, not really a fighter, if you know what I mean?

That's what 4th devision is for. They are healers.
