^8^ Yeah, it is something werid I noticed. The Overseer jumps around a bit every time you look at your aquarium. Here are a few of the pictures for you, mostly from the country-side and outside. My dad at the "Chimeny Rocks" park area.

There a lot of very large boulders in the river many are much larger than the one he is sitting on. Thx, he likes taking pictures and sitting and smoking even though he isnt suppose to now for his own health. (Had a minor stroke a few years ago) Here are a few more pics, Historical Settlement area where some of the early pioneers of the area once lived.

Thanks for those photos. Looks like an interesting place, that Settlement. Those are really good photos for a throw-away camera.

Harvey_Kinkle Thanks for those photos. Looks like an interesting place, that Settlement. Those are really good photos for a throw-away camera. They are very neat (The Settlement areas) my parents have told me in the past that they had even kept some animals as well to show visitors what sort of work they did. But sadly now they dont any more. You noticed? ^8^ I have went in after I scanned all of the pictures and "Cleaned" them up a little bit with the Photo-Program on my Laptop.

That's awesome that you could get such good results cleaning up photos with your laptop.
Hmm, I don't think they have animals at Olde Salem either. It probably takes too much staff in these hard economic times. But there are the original shops with authentic crafts of all sorts -- blacksmith, wool dying, carving, weaving, furniture making, and a working Moravian bakery where you can buy cookies and breads... YUM.

Thx, Harvey the program did help clean the pics up a lot at least it really helped in the case of the picture with my Dad at "Chimney Rocks"
(It had very bad lighting, so I really had to fix the shading and contrast and stuff to actually make it where a person could see very much detail in it.)
Olde Salem sounds awesome as well, I am sure me and my parents would love to visit there as well. ^8^
Cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup your parents might like Olde Salem. It's pretty big. With lots of friendly guides in costume that show and explain all about the old arts and crafts. There's a church that's still used, as well as a college as part of Olde Salem. Oh yeah, Moravian cookies -- very thin, very spicy. I think I just talked myself into going over there today to buy some. See what you did? lol

My dad does like some of it, but he is more or an guy who likes seeing the animals and getting to know people himself. ^8^ I see, I know me and Mom who have all kinds of questions for everyone there. ^8^ Cookies like that sound great, I love Ginger Snaps myself and they are naturally spicy because of the ginger.

There was a huge storm yesterday. Rain. Thunder. Lightening. I never did get any Moravian cookies. So I did the next best thing. I got the recipe online http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Moravian-Spice-Cookies/Detail.aspx. It has ginger and other spices. I may give it a try today. The big challenge is getting them thin enough. The Moravians make them so thin they melt in your mouth. Or maybe I'll trot over to Old Salem if the weather stays decent.

Yup, it came a Huge Storm here to the other day (It was kinda middle of the day) and it even hailed a bit (pea sized hail). I see, they may have a secret to making them so thin, perhaps someone knows how they do it and can tell you how? Maybe if you have to they can sell you some of them. Dont let them twist your arm though. ^8^
