"I don't know" Kysha said "I'm certainly not making them attack." even though he didn't accuse her, Kysha felt like she had to defend herself.

(( the next day ))
Tye looked out as he was steering and saw that land had become visable again.
"we made it!" he shouted in a joyous tone. then looked up at the pirate flag that was hoisted on their ship.
they wont let us off if they thought we were pirates... and we don't have an extra flag... what now?

Kysha opened her eyes after Tye shouted "We made it" she asked with a smile.

Tye looked over to her.
"yea... only... we need a different flag... or they'll never let us land..."
He wasn't asking for her to use her powers, just letting her know indirectly that they needed to land away from the sea town.

Tye nodded and started to turn the boat towards land, but not in the direction of the sea town.
"it'll take a bit longer to land, then. we should arrive by mid-day."
his mood was incredibly uplifted, due to the sighting of land again. he seemed to be more grateful of the things he had since almost dyeing.

"a little tired... being at the wheel for so long... you?"
Tye steered for a little while longer when the storm suddenly increased it's vilocity tenfold. he looked off and saw a huge tital wave headed their way.
"Brace yourself!" he shouted at Kysha and gripped the wheel tighter.

Kysha was starting to stand up when the wave hit, so her balance wasn't that great. And, since she was near the edge of the boat, so with a scream she fell over board and into the water head first, which knocked her out.

Tye screamed back as she went over. he ran to the side of the boat and looked over to see her knocked out and floating on the water. s**t... s**t... now nature itself wants her...
"when will she be left alone!" he cried out loudly, though, no one was around to hear him.
Drawing up his sleeves, he jumped feet-first into the blazing crack of cold, immobilizing him for a few seconds. when he regained control, he fought against the raging abyss to the limp body of Kysha. he tried his best to keep her on his shoulder as he fought back over to the boat, not knowing how he could get back on.

Kysha slowly slipped from Tye's grasp and sunk into the water. She was still out cold.

Tye looked down and saw Kysha plumeting to the depths below. thinking quickly, he grabbed as much air as he could, and dove as far as posible downward. he saw the boat dissapear above him as he dug deeper and deeper....
he could barely see as Kysha was disapearing from his sight faster and faster...
He tried to reach out, but couldn't as his stored breath grew harder and harder to hold...
(( i know... bad time to get off... but i have to help now... bye! and merry christmas! ))
