Well that version of Zod wasn't really beaten, he just lost his powers and fell into a pit.
And Loki was pummeled into a crater by the Hulk.

Hauraunah I just realized something. I only like JustSomeRandomGuy's rendition of Superman. Love his Superman. mrgreen IJSRG's Superman is my headcanon. Like, he's what Superman would be if Superman's writers would let him relax for a minute.

Yeah I love everything about his Superman.
He's all the qualities of Superman without being annoying to trying to be all dark and deep like Batman.
I think Superman is definitely oblivious in some aspects.
"Yeah, us orphan's should stick together...Oh, gotta go! Mom's making my favorite tonight!" *Flies away leaving Batman and Spidey behind*

I also think Superman is portrayed better as a child and in parodies.
Like that comic someone made on Deviant Art where Batman is talking care of ALL Robin's and Baby Terry.
