Or what if you get so close to them they have no choice but to look into your eyes? Or just get distance, They will see your eyes, That is how itachi gets people.

Dr Entropy God of Luck: Well you said jutsu which includes Taijutsu which would be completely unfair. If thats the case about the mobility, you'll have to limit the effects of 1-2 to only 2 posts. God of Luck: A black Cat Just Crossed Your Path - Deal! randomize a number 1-4 1 or 2 Neutralizes opponents Ninjutsu and Genjutsu for 2 turns 3 Nothing happens 4 A genjutsu that involves the user thinking they are being hunted through a jungle by a Black Panther that regenerates every other attack. Only way to dispel the jutsu is to defeat the Panther in 1 hit or to Release the moment the number hits. The opponent does not realize its a genjutsu unless they have seen this technique before. Chakra Sight:
This technique causes chakra to flow from the user and relay back information over a rather wide area. This technique is similiar to that of the byakugan save that it can only see what the user could see with there normal eyes. I.E. it cannot see chakra systems or things that are hidden within others. This technique was developed mainly for the use against Sharingan users to avoid looking directly into there eyes it does this by allowing the user to see with there eyes closed. This replaces the normal sight and makes the users eyes unusable. Loki wears a band of clothe around his eyes and tied in the back of his head. This gives the user 360 degree vision or an enhanced vision in the normal field range. The 360 degree vision drains chakra at a terrible pace at 500 chakra per post its activated. If the 260 degree vision is activated the user is entirley blind for half as many posts as where made with it active.

Hidden Moon has techs that can help you fight without the use of your eyes.

I did not know about that Greek Clan Only Technique when I approved it. But if that is the case then everyone's make-ups that to elimitate Handseals to preform a technique will be recalled as well due to infringing on a clan technique as well. I am not going to name anyone at this point but I am sure that you know who I am talking about.

Dance of Poseidon
Invoking the god of the Sea has the strange effect of conjuring and channeling one of the Deities lesser known powers. The user becomes a earthbound “Earth Shaker,” with each step the user takes the earth trembles under all of assembled feet. Using powerful shockwaves controlled by how hard the user puts their foot down they can conjure simple tremors to full blown earthquakes complete with causing the earth to split under an enemy or have waves of earth not unlike those of the sea come crashing down on top of an enemy. The only stipulations for invoking this particular Deity is that the User must be near some sort of water source whether created or natural and that while using the Dance of Poseidon the user must always have at least one foot on the ground. While using this particular fighting style the user is especially susceptible to Fuuton style attacks which really can’t be guarded against. Skills like Body flicker are basically useless while using this skill as the quaking gives away the direction of movement to any competent nin.
Sandals of Hermes
A simple trick invoking the god of thieves, messengers and boundaries summons up the winged sandals of the messenger god granting the user a boost of 50% to their current speed. While wearing the sandals the user doesn’t simply walk across the ground anymore, but hovers just above the earth eliminating any tremors that might alert an opponent say if the user were to approach from behind. While using the sandals the user can fly to a certain extent, but anything over 10 ft. high would be extremely strenuous. The sandals of Hermes can only stay in play for seven posts and then they disappear and can’t be summoned again for another seven posts. After using the sandals the user would feel the appropriate fatigue and strain of going 150% their previous speed.
Wine of Dionysus
An advanced genjutsu calling upon the powers of the god of Wine and merriment, after the jutsu is cast upon the opponent they will immediately began to experience the effects of being slightly drunk. These effects will only increase in severity disrupting their flow of motions, coherent ness of their thoughts and the ability to fight over all that is unless they of course are skilled at drunken fighting. Even those skilled at fighting while inebriated will be overcome by the drunkening effects of the genjutsu on the seventh post causing them to fall temporarily unconscious. This genjutsu can only be activated by the user partaking of some alcohol himself, but not nearly as much as would be required to make himself drunk. That amount would help in casting the jutsu, but is by no means necessary.
Cloak of Ares
Calling upon the war god, the user can dawn the glorious crimson cloak of Ares, while the cloak seems to have no other effect then looking good and flowing dramatically even without the presence of wind the cloak actually has a hidden ability that it lends to the user. It makes it so that the user can amplifying their “killing intent” to nauseating levels making it so that those with considerably lesser power levels (User Must have1.5x CPs) are sickened with fear to the point that they become to scared to move and it feels as if the massive killing intent of the user is physically pressing down on the user which it really is. For those who are on about the same level as the user, but not above in level they experience a similar irrational fear of the user and their movements begin to slow due to the amount of killing intent present in the air. The cloak of Ares can only be maintained for five posts before it disappears and can only be summoned once per battle.

someone check these, and by that i dont mean that noir edits one or 2 of them.
Drowning Without Love- David's special technique to get rid of his need for using his hands for handseals and such. if he tries to summon something it allows him to do the actions for the summon but with out having to make the handseals. when he starts with this technique it can drain his chakra slightly as he increase the power of an attack or charge an attack quicker by making on handseal.
God of Evil: Eternal sins- when David uses this technique the opponent becomes trapped inside of a room with no windows or light source, causing them to be, in a sense, blind. this allows David to start an attack on the physical body, which happens to the body in the genjutsu. they can not see anything, and hearing is not the same as they hear the exact same things they do in the real world, but opposite. (example: hit right arm, feel left arm being hit.) when they are in this technique it seems more like a ninjutsu then a genjutsu as they still can fight back. but anything they try inside of the genjutsu is backwards in the real world.swing to the right, actually swinging to the left. this makes the ability to use chakra to sense for a presence off since they will still try to attack the opposite side.
God of Revival: Soul Recycling- this is the more unusual type of godly technique as it incorporates having to witness or cause a death, as the soul leaves the body it is snatched (they still go to the afterlife) and copied as the soul is then put into a compilation object, in this case a ring, and after collecting anywhere from 1 soul to 100(not like thats going to actually happen) it can be combined and form a new organism. these organisms are called "World Eater"s their sizes can vary from a human size to that of a mountain. they obtain a power that is very potent known as 'Perfect Soul' when they are created. the technique Perfect Soul is deadly as it forms a beam from the extreme energy they give off as being a 'perfect soul'. this energy beam takes an extreme power to block, or reflect.
