You slowly cook them. and they start to become fluffy and a bit cripspy it should be time to turn it *He grabs the handle and with a good jerked the handle of the skillet and flpped the egg*

"Clever!" she said with a rather shocked looking expression as he flipped it, she had not seen that before. Smiling brighter, she bobbed her head, pleased to see this. "Most excellent!"

Grabbing two forks, she smiled and handed him one before taking a bite. "Oh my .. this is .. lovely!" she said with a giggle, taking another bite and smiling.
