Probably because they thought it seemed a little snobbish to just have it be for college students only... At least that's what I would conclude. *shurg* Who knows for sure though.

My Gaia anniversary is in December... >> I joined 12/03/03 XD I love ironic things like that. xD
And I'll be 21 in August, why do we always seem to go to small talk? xd sweatdrop
