The speech was interesting, and offered a little insight into the kid. He reminded him of a certain Ninja, Manny, back when he started. Maybe he could get the one to teach this new ninja.
"Well, certainly a good speech. You learned any skills to back that up Kurai? I know Suna ninja are men of action, not men of talk...."
San just just kept sitting, his blindfold offering a flat affect to the ninja revealing no facial expression. San was almost unfairly pushing and challenging the kid, but he had brought it on himself. Suna ninja were tough, but they also had to be smart. How would the kids tactics save him...

As Kin walked into the univesity he headed to San's desk. He wanted to tell him about how good he training had went.
Kurai nodded in response. He didn't want to reveal his jusu to him yet so he decided to play it cool. "Yes, I have the means to back up my talk, but if you want to know what they are, you'll have to fight me." He said, knowing fair well this fight might send him to the hospital if he wasn't carful.

San was about to dust off his skills when Kin entered the room. Giving the gennin a smile, San spoke.
"Wello Kin, how are you. How has your training come along? Do you require more knowledge? This gennin Kurai was about to spar me, do you think that is wise? Or prehaps you should convince him of a surprise attack, or maybe stack the odds in your favor"
The Clone then looked to Kurai, his face still expressionless while hiding the eyes behind his blindfold.
"The master only engages in open battle only after the victory is already won. The brave dont march valiantly into battle unprepared, thats the stupid people. Before you battle, you need to have every advantage stacked in your favor, or immediately find one once battle starts..."

"I've been good. My training actually went pretty well. Still have a lot to work on though. I came back to practice Maruton jutsu."
Kin turned to the kid standing next to him and looked at him with a blank expression. He blinked his eyes about four times before he blasted at laughing.
"This is too funny! I don't think it would be wise. San is a Sannin, a legendary ninja. Facing him is like facing the Kazakage. Even if you have learned a few new jutsu, it wont help you at all. At our level were powerless against him."
Kurai felt a bit embarrassed challenging him, not knowing he was a sannin. HE wondered if he looked a fool to him now. Whatever he thought tho, he had to fight. He never backed down from what he started. Even if it was stupid. "I don't care! I came here looking for a fight. I may not have know he was a sannin, but I will not change my mind. I'll never back down, even if my opponent is Superior to me." He said, almost yelling at kin.
The clone looked to Kin and gave a smile, offering some insight into his training.
"Im glad your training is going well. Have you gotten your maruton scroll to continue practicing? Have you picked out your jutsu?"
While leaving his question to trail off, the sannin looked to Kurai. This kid was definatly like manny....
"Then you are a fool, Kurai. A ninja is a shadow warrior, one who employs theatricality and deception as our weapons, not chargin into battle. While i give you credit in your desire to never give up, your never backing down will get you killed. Dont lose the war to win the battle. Instead of challenging me right out, why didnt you team up with Kin here to try and attack me? Maybe in my sleep, confuse me or mislead me. But now i am on my guard, and your technqiues will never reach me....do you see? No matter if we spar, no matter if we fight, you have already lost...."
Kurai clenched his fist, knowing he looked a foool to him now. He knew fare well that a head on approach was never good, but he didn't think it mattered in a friendly spar with his felow shinobi, "Well then, san, tell me what I should do. I know its not smart to rush into battle, that's basic. I just wanted a friendly spar with someone." He said, not sure what else to say.
San loosened up a bit, but continued his discussion. He knew the kid was looking for a friendly spar, but he was going to explain a better way of handling the situation.
"I know, Kurai. I am just explaining to you a small error in your thinking. My many years as a ninja have kinda left me stuck in my ways. If you had met my father, you would know i was unseccessful in every drill he put infront of me. There was always another motive, always a hidden agenda or trick or clause that he didnt tell me. I just learned to expect it, and eventually learned to anticipate to the point i was almost never caught by surprise. it was those failures that allowed me to have the long successful career i have now enjoyed."
San took a deep breath, and looked at his papers. He would have to take note of this Kurai. Manny would love him, and they could spar all they wanted.
"I am trying to teach you to seek victory in everything you do by seeking solutions or options that are outside of the box. what are the loopholes in the rules you have established, what information do you know that your opponent doesnt, these things are all tools of the trade. So, instead of simply accepting you will be defeated by me, and learning from nursing your wounds, find a way to take me out of my element, even if it is a fellow and friendly spar. Use anything and everything to your advantage. Be outside the box, then control the box. Never let you enemy see your spirit, always be three steps ahead of their three steps ahead...."
And there it was. San had, at one time, almsot always bestowed his Nindo on every student he had ever taught, the Nindo his father had worked tooth and nail to forge into him.

Kin's eyes glowed red as the boy started shouting. All that ran through his mind was killing him and taking his heart. Kill...Heart...Hearts...I must have everyone's heart... thought Kin. When San started talking about his training again it snapped Kin away from that thought. Shaking his head, he reached into his back pocket and pulled out the Maruton scroll.
"I haven't yet figure out switch ones I want to learn, but that part will be easy."
Kurai let out a small sigh hen looked up at San. "I, want to apologize for my out burst. I get frustrated and it just comes out. I know your only doing this to help me." He paused and looked a kin. "Also, i'm sorry for yelling at you. "He held his hand out to him." I'm Kurai Karsu, pleasure to meet you." He said, hoping he'd forgive him.
So his lesson had finally gotten through. The ninja smiled and stood up from his desk to place a hand on the shoulder of the kid.
"Its alright, i understand your plight. Emotions are another method we use to attack and off balance our opponent. learn to control them, so others cannot control you. oh, and while we are at it...."
Suddenly San's hand became a grip on the young Gennin's shoulder, as he suddenly began to take his strong metal fist and aim 5 punches for the gennin rapidly changing between the solar plexus and the the upper chest as a target while using his gripped hand to pull in and continually keeping the gennin off balance. Normally he would strike to any vital area on the head, but as an Iron Sand clone....he could actually kill the gennin that way. Instead of finishing with a powerful palm strike to the head, San instead let go and performed a powerful front kick, then jumped and performed a second one from the back leg with both aiming for the midsection of Kurai.
Was it bad that San was choosing to surprise attack a Gennin? Wasn't this a little overkill? In all his years of teaching and training, he found leading by example was the best way to get his point across. He had used theatricality, he had used deception, and he had made the kid drop his guard. In that moment, San had shown that even words could be weapons in the right and capable hands. The best aspect....he will have forced the gennin to back up his talk. Did he have the resolve that he had discussed....
"DEFEND YOURSELF!"
Snake Entrapping and Striking Complex :: C The user lashes out with a single hand, utilizing a chakra enhanced grip strength, and grabs anything he can get a hand on, torso, skin, limb, cloths. From here, the user can push, shove, and shake the enemy making sure to keep them off balance as they rain 5-6 strikes for the enemy, utilizing his body and his limb as a rubber band to ferociously rain punches, elbows, or palms into the enemy, wherever they can land them. The last strike is almost always a palm to the head, aiming to knock the enemy down.
Extending Rooster Physical :: D The user sinks their body by bending their knees, while at the same time lifting a single knee about chest level. Shifting their hips forward like in a pendulum motion, the user quickly extends their leg in a powerful front kick aiming for the opponent, quickly followed by another kick by jumping forward with the back leg. This is a versatile technique that can be used to off balance an enemy aiming for the legs or an attacking limb, or go straight through and aim for the enemies face or torso. This technique is very easily followed up by “Coiled snake”.
Kurai wasn't to shocked that he decided to attack, after talking o much about surprise attack's. He was prepared tho. This wouldn't do anything to the sannin, but would get him away. As the first punch came in, it hit hard, followed by the other ones. This made him feel as tho he was getting hit with a ton of bricks, knocking the air out of him with every strike. The kicks that followed would hit as well, but the second one would prove costly. As it struck, the thing he was fighting seemed to change. It went grey and wrapped itself around his leg. Just then Kurai, who was up in the rafters and feeling a bit dizzy, did one hand seal to make the newly exposed clay clone explode. With his current skill level, the explosion would be about 8 feet in diameter.

Nendo Bunshin no Jutsu [ Clay Clone Technique ] Rank: D Description: Above all other clone techniques, this one functions with a powerful dual-role. It acts as a substitute and a trap for capturing the enemy. Made from clay, this clone can take attacks and capture the enemy by taking them into its own body. The clone shows its natural shape and gray color the instant it succumbs to an attack. When a weapon or limb makes contact, the clay will become more viscous, attempting to absorb and constrict the attacker. If exploding clay is added to the clone, it can be made to detonate after capturing its target. ( Please see Suicide Bombing Clone. )
Bakuton: Jibaku Bunshin [ Explosive Release: Suicide Bombing Clone ] Rank: Passive Description: A powerful addition made to the Clay Clone Technique. During the initial creation of the clone, the user will entrust it with explosive chakra, allowing it to detonate on command or after succumbing to an attack. The explosion made is not very wide, but rather focused, making it a prime choice of blast for captured targets. ( Each modified clone costs an additional [15] chakra to create. )

Not letting his guard down, Kin was able to notice that San was moving in for an attack. The jumped back from Kurai and landed about ten feet away. That was close...
