Gregar828 Lance wants to do it, so do it he shall. @Cobra: Its been closed for a long time because, as jade said, we did not want everyone and their mother to make a custom bloodline to get high chakra, and to fill up the bloodlines we already have. Lance has been saying he wants to open it again, but I'm gonna let him make the call of when it happens.
Personally, I made the Bloodline because I had an idea and since I have two characters already, it's not like I can even make a character with this bloodline at the moment. I'm really more interested to find out what people think of it and if it's a good idea/balanced.
IMHO, If creativity and ideas are being held back by abuse of the system, or an overabundance of High Chakra characters... that's a problem, and it needs to be eliminated by a change in how things work.

And remove high chakra from clan heads? Then only demons would have high chakra. We figured that, if they were able to rise to clan head, then they would be more powerful than their other clan members. Yea, Its a very imperfect system, but its the best one we have..........unless you can think of a better one? (Note: this is now open to everyone, post your ideas on how to make a more fair way to distribute low, medium, or high chakra. Realize that, while a portion of yours may not be used, every suggestion will be read and put into consideration. And be serious.) If not, next question!

What's wrong with restricting High Chakra to Jinchuuriki only?
...personally I think it makes more sense that way. (The noted exception being bloodlines which specifically increase chakra capacity)
I mean it's only a difference of +2/10, which at Kage, is only 24 points... (4 at Genin, 8 at Chuunin, 16 at Jounin...) Its not that big a deal, and it would set Jinchuuriki apart more, making them more impressive (as they should be)
...if you want the clan heads to gain a bonus, let them carry the scrolls, or have access to specialty Clan Head jutsu which only they can use... or something.

I think High Chakra to Demons only is incredibly fair >_>;;
Sometimes clan heads aren't the most powerful but the better thinkers or just benefiters of circumstance. That has been proven in several RPs including this one. It's pretty evident from the Naruto manga/anime as well; those in charge don't always hold that much power of their own.

These are all excellent points, although we DO give jinchuuriki extra chakra on top of high chakra, so we'd have to edit that a bit. But personally, I kind of like this idea. Of course, I definitely want something this big to be ratified by Lance and Luo as well, but it may very well be implemented. Anyone who is against this, speak now. But clan heads, dont be greedy and vote against it just to keep high chakra. I'm a clan head too, and I voted yes.

I'm a Clan head as well... (Actually both of my RPCs are their respective Clan Heads)
...and I vote for the change.
(Though admittedly, Shinji wouldn't be affected since his high chakra is overwritten by Konaga Chakra Levels in the first place.)

As crew, Ichibi, and possibly Crystal clan head, I vote yes.
Also, since when do jinchuuriki get extra chakra? Has someone neglected to tell me something? It always has bugged me that clan heads get the same chakra level as an S ranked demon host. Honestly, some of the demons need a bigger boost to let them stand out. Though that can obviously be negated if clan heads lose their boost.

What Hinote said. I know that some of the higher jinchuuriki (at least Rokubi and higher) get larger chakra boosts than clan/bloodline heads, but I thought those were individual boosts and didn't stack with the high chakra.... As for the lower jinchuuriki, I'm guessing from Hinote's comment their boosts were only about as much as clan/bloodline heads, which does sound unfair.

Yeah, but the way he phrased it sounded as if they got even more than that, kind of like the ninjutsu spec base benefit or something. Hell, whenever I complained about the Ichibi's skills all being publicly available, everyone told me I was getting enough cause I could just take a ton of chakra from the demon, even though we don't have a system for that.

This makes partial sense. I think you would still want to limit the bloodlines/clans just so everyone has their own clan. That seems a little too weird to me. Maybe open a few more slots and running a competition to fill them? best clan/bloodline wins?
About the chakra, I can see limiting high chakra to fit this. maybe take it away from those clans that it doesnt make sense for and leave it for those that do. I can see the Uchiha, Hatake etc. clans keeping it though. make it so new clans/bloodlines do not get the high chakra unless they are specifically designed for it in a way that is still creative?
