Baby bunnies are ridiculously fast.
Random note, be careful when trying to "Help" wild animals. You can have all the best intentions, but end up dooming the poor creature. Say you herded it into the woods, but it's home, and mother, was at the other end of the yard, or even under something in your yard. It might not be able to find it's way home again.
Fun Bunny fact #3.
Rabbits are weaned and ready to leave their mother at about six weeks of age. Some people will say four weeks, but that is the bare minimum. Separating them that young is like sending your child off to live alone at eight years old. They could make it okay, but the chances are slim. This is, again, because at six weeks they no longer need the mother's milk, and disgustingly, poop. (Mothers excrete a special poop that the babies eat to help their development.)
Bunny Gregar, I'm going to say is about five weeks old. It's about the right age for the picture, and not so young that you've just committed bunny homicide by taking him.

Gregar828 Did I say the word "Please" anywhere in that last statement? Did the rabbit exist months ago? No, on both counts. I should hope it did! I've had the picture for months, and it is of a living creature. Edit: Correction. I've had the picture for years. Got it in 2010, so I suppose I named it years ago.
