Ecchymos put a palm to his face.
"Oh no, Monoe."
Vhozd put a ham-like hand over Monoe's mouth. He shook his head frantically at Jack.

Jack tilted his head, so far it was upside down. Using his tail, he touched the projector, and brought up an old, old, OLD image of Kokopelli; he was wearing Native American clothes, and was followed by a horde of angry demons holding a kappa. His eyes were green. "Heh... heh." He brought up an image of Monoe, whose facial features were identical in everything but her facial shape. "Heheheheh." A large amount of dark energy began to flood the room, and, as Jack's head began to widen, he phased upstairs, pulling a hyena down. "Aunt Mocha!", Monoe said, pulling Vhozd's hand down. Jack swallowed the hyena. "Ahhhhh." Jack vanished, andd Monoe looked around. "Oh no. Oh no, oh no, oh no..." [[ -insert OST-]]

Ecchymos ran over to Monoe and Chryseis.
"Oh sh... Crap."
He looked around, terrified. He then saw Chryseis, and remembered what Valentine had said.
"Chryseis. We're gonna need your help here."

Mini-Wadsworth [[Henceforth called Mini]] turned her head quickly.
"Oh s**t. Gotta go."
She then hopped into the rafters.

She landed in front of her father, Wadsworth, who stared at her.
"What are you doing?"
Mini stared up at him.
"Trouble in the lab. We have to go."
Wadsworth looked down at Mini, then turned to Alexander.
"See ya."
They jumped into the rafters together.

On their way to the lab, Wadsworth looked over at Mini.
"You're not big enough."
He threw a glob of himself at her, which increased her size.
[[He's still twice her size, so she's like... 3 feet?]]

Chryseis nodded.
"Y-Yes... but I'm only at 50% power, and I.... uh...."
She blinked.
"...he's at full strength."
Just then half of the lab's wall crushed through as a portal opened.
The portal began to slowly grow larger, and it reached Monoe, who fell in.
Chryseis bit her lip, and then entered.
"For the love of..."

Ecchymos sighed.
"Dammit."
He jumped into the portal, and was quickly followed by Vhozd. Seconds after they entered it, the Wadsworth's fell into the room. Mini stared at the portal.
"Coolio."
They then jumped in together.

It wwas Kokopelmanor; everything of everyone wwas rendered in black and white [save for their eyes], and a ton of people were walking around.
"Oh dear... Jack's angry, Jack's angry..."
"Lord Jack is agitated..."
Monoe was missing, however, as was Chryseis.

Ecchymos and Wadsworth looked at one another and jumped.
"Why are you here?" They said at the same time.
"To save Monoe!" Again, they spoke simultaneously.
"Well then. We should go looking for her then!"
Ecchymos tapped one of the people milling about on the shoulder, while Wadsworth grabbed one by the shoulders and shook him violently.
"Where is Lord Jack!?"
Wadsworth yelled while Ecchymos asked politely.

The servant, who was holding dumplings, point wobbily to a huge winding checkered staircase. It was a bit of an eyesore.
"Up that, past the hall of Guillotines. He's there..."

"Oooookay."
Wadsworth and Mini spoke at the same time.
"Why are we all doing this?," Spoke Wadsworth, Mini and Ecchymos all together.
"We should go."
The quartet began climbing the stairs. They soon arrived at the door, and Ecchymos pushed it open slowly. Vhozd peered inside.

There was a long hall of nothign but horribly rapid guillotines. There was no offswitch, and there was a hallway at the end.

Ecchymos stared at the slashing blades.
"Oh no."
Wadsworth expressed his opinion of their ********. Well."
He stepped past a guillotine. It hit the end of one of his fingers.

The guillotine sliced the finger off like butter, and, upon sensing a intruder, the timing of each guillotine began to grow erratic.

Wadsworth looked at his finger.
"Ow."
As he stared, his finger regrew.
Mini sighed.
"You ******** it up, Dad."
Ecchymos looked up, waited until he thought he could get across safely, and jumped across. He was fine, so then Vhozd and Mini followed him.

The next fifteen guillotines all were much faster than the first.

Wadsworth, Vhozd, Ecchymos and Mini made it past all the guillotines eventually. Ecchymos had lost part of his robes and his foot, Vhozd had sustained some hits to his armor, which left furrows in the thick metal. Wadsworth and Mini had come out almost unharmed - they had lost some mass, but were largely fine. They began walking down the hallway, towards where Jack was.
