Haha, yeah.
It just seems like they always have something to say.. and all I can do is listen and be like "yeah.. mhmm. cool. haha. bye" because my life is dull.

It's common if two guys talk on the phone only out of necessity. It gets girly otherwise. I can talk to ladies on the phone for hours though.
But it usually goes past their bedtime. Then I hang up and have dinner.
