Yreka - I like the hat! I think it just needs a bit more gold on it, perhaps? 9/10
Kai - The only thing I don't like is that the top half seems to be too crowded compared to the bottom. Otherwise I love it. 9.5/10

And you need stuff to add volume to the lower half if you're keeping the upper part that item-heavy.
