Hidden Fragment ⊗ Hidden Soul
【 xxxS e i b e t s u xx[ xD e a t hx S w a l l o w e rx]xxx 】   The small child hadn't done as much in the exams as Seibetsu had hoped, but she didn't at all expect to pass. That truth actually made Fushou even more paranoid than usual. What if people started challenging them? The small child ponders more and more, which form it has taken unknown, as it huddles in the dark regions of Hidden Soul. The child finally rolls over, it's face blank as if bored, and by the way their hair lays it is obvious who is in control. Seibetsu rolls around until on all fours before getting to her feet. "There's only one course of action now. We've gotta get stronger. We need to be on par with at least a Genin so that we can survive. If not in stamina then at least in speed and strength. Might as well advance that other thing we have.""What thing? What are you talking about? Seibetsu, we should just go into hiding for a century or two. We'll just disappear into the darkness and then creep back up again," the timid boy Fushou whispers into his female forms head. Seibetsu ignores the voice in her head and begins pacing. She could feel it, the darkness getting to her mental state. It was becoming less and less gradual. Whenever her mood would take a sour turn so would her dark thoughts. Despite that, Fushou himself is perfectly fine. Only in times where he has lost consciousness has he been known to show his true nature as a Death Swallower. At any rate, Seibetsu didn't mind it. She was never one for the goody two shoes facade that she portrayed. Fushou was that type of person while her darker form was more like her.  "I've become more intuned with our darker side. It's more like me to be greedy and treacherous. So I'd be the first to notice a power welling up within us. I have for a while. It's an intense power that is very useful in making the things we possess better. You don't need to know anything else aside from that. It wouldn't interest you." Seibetsu senses something along the line of death and looks to the darkened sky. "It's time to take the first step into my world. You can stay weak, but I'm going to embrace the darkness. I'm going to become what I was created from. Just take a backseat and don't distract me." Seibetsu seems to step out of the darkness and into the fading light of the darkening sky. However, the darkness clings to her body, making her features darker and harder to recognize. "Kill... kill..killlll. KILL, KILL, KILL! Hahahahah!"Words = ?

Hidden Fragment
【 xxxS e i b e t s u xx[ xD e a t hx S w a l l o w e rx]xxx 】 ♀A black wolf walks towards the gates of Hidden Fragment before stopping. It didn't want to cause a seen, it just wanted to come and go. The young pup, similar in side to a small medium sized dog, eyes a nicely paved portion of the villages outer wall. It would be easy to scale the side of the wall, but what exactly was she after anyway? Relying on her senses, her darker sides intuition, the wolf approaches the entrance to the village. The guard outside straightens up as the tiny canine peeps inside of the village. As usual, few people are around. The whole village, just about, is absorbed in their usual play in The World. This would make things a lot less stressful once the small pup enters inside and kills one of the people present. She couldn't tell who exactly had the aura of a dead person seeping off of them, like they were about to die, so a guess would be the best thing they could do. With luck, the one person they kill before having to flee will be the right one. Otherwise there might be a fight on her hands. Trotting back from the guard and then wandering off, Seibetsu begins sniffing the ground. She strolls around to the side of the village and then commences scaling the wall. Once over it she looks at the four forms below. One she recognized while the other three were a mystery. The female that seemed the most distant from the other three individuals in the village seemed to attract Seibetsu's attention the most. Whether she is the one she came here for or not, Seibetsu had this insatiable urge to kill her. Her mind runs around in a tight circle, thinking only about killing, cutting, and some figured called mom. She leaps down from the wall and sticks to the shadows. She slinks along, moving faster and quieter with each step. Her animal instincts don't take over, her memory of how to cloak herself just comes back to her. But her excitement gets the best of her and she attacks prematurely. She had intended to slit the girls throat, but instead her fur would lash out and attempt to impale the female in every possible place that might contain a vital organ. With any luck, her change of mind for attacks should prove to be less than a nuisance and she would be one step closer to becoming more powerful. Should her attack go through, she would dash back out of the village the way she'd come. ♀

  Hidden FragmentThe two nonhuman girls watched as the bestial youth approached cautiously, before darting from one side of the road to the other. If there were objects at each side, it would almost appear as if he were trying to be stealthy. But there weren't, so it just looked awkward. Neither made a move as he rushed right past them, not willing to be the aggressor in an unfamiliar village. For all Noze or Kawari knew, he was someone important around here. Unlikely, but far from impossible. So instead, they just turned to follow his progress, even if it did stop only a moment later as he turned back to look at them in confusion. In a whisper, Noze asked the question that Kawari was wondering too. "Just what do you think he's doing? He doesn't seem to be an enemy, but what then? If he didn't seem so nervous, I would almost think he was a canine that wanted to play." A moment later, her hypothesis about a canine state for the youth was put to rest, as he grunted at them. Neither of them understood primate language in the slightest, it just sounded like random grunts to them. "I think he's trying to communicate." This was Kawari's observation, the slight differences in tone and pitch from some of the grunts made it seem like there was a language there, though she had no idea how to translate it. Slowly, she extended a hand, palm out and fingers pointing to the sky, in what was almost a universal gesture for not being aggressive. With any luck, they could find out what the bestial youth was after, or at least make sure he wasn't a threat. [285 + 2362 = 2647 out of ??? ]  Yodan no Keishi - Hidden FragmentThe two smiths continued walking down the road, drawing a bit closer to a rather unique trio further along the way. They had exhausted the majority of their shared knowledge of smithing techniques, and neither was quite to the point of trusting the other, with their real secrets. Every blacksmith had their own tricks, their own secret techniques, and those were guarded jealously. No matter how friendly someone seemed, it just wasn't proper to share secrets like that so freely. Unfortunately, that meant one of them would be taking their secrets to the grave. Keishi never knew what hit her. She had just been clanking along, her armor all the protection she would ever need, when she saw a small dark shape rush at her. Before she even had a chance to draw Liesel's attention to it, the form jumped at her. she stepped back in shock, but her armor slowed her movements down. At the same time, she felt dozens of spikes stab deeply into her flesh, hitting vital organs and more. She choked out a gasp, outrage mingled with pain. How... how had her armor been pierced so easily? As the inside of her armor grew warm with spilled blood, she choked out a muttered cry. Clanks resounded as she sank to her knees, her vision blurring. All of this had happened in an instant, only when she stumbled did Liesel notice her plight. The other smith rushed to her side, but there was nothing that could be done. Fixing the armor wouldn't save her, and there was no way to remove the armor quickly enough to get to the real damage. Helpless, she watched as her new friend's movements slowed. Just before the end, she leaned in close, just barely able to hear Keishi's gasped last words. "I -cough- guess my... armor wasn't... so -cough- strong after all..." With that, the light faded from her eyes, and she fell back onto the ground, as lifeless as her armor. The wounds that marred the metal's gleaming surfaces were savage, puncture holes that had centered on vital locations. Strikes designed to kill. Liesel stood up, glaring in futile anger as she cast about for who, what, could have done such a thing. Who had done this, who had taken her friend?! There was nobody, no one was close enough to have committed such a crime. whoever it was, they were already gone. Her heart aching with loss, she returned to Keishi's side and knelt, looking down at the life that had ended far too soon. Hot tears fell to mingle with cooling blood, as she wept for her friend. [440 + 577 = 1017 out of ??? ]

Joker walked towards Hidden Wind Coutnry. After leaving the unrippen fruit alone. He decided that it was time to become king of Hidden Federation. His first stop was the windy city..chicago..wait..no.. Hidden Wind. Joker had on a parka as the wind was always blowing here he only shudder and mumbled. "This village blows.."Joker chuckled at this commet. He now started to look for the current leader or at least high level nin that was here to tkae this village from. Joker around for a bit and saw nothing but the sterile country side. He imagined that life here would make him better..or possibly become a better person. What he didn't know was that the nin hear was the current nine tails..and a medic nin. How strange..That he would meet his opposite here. But ti didn't matter. Joker would take this village and put it under his flag. Joker reachedi nside of his parka and placed a flag down in the middle of the village that had a large J on it. The wind would blow it like an American Flag. "Welcome to Joker Presents Hidden Wind."Joker chuckled. As he sent out his three body doubles to search the village for anything useful.

 ╔════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xxxx“What the hell’d she mean by that anyway? Like she’s so smart, huh? Huh?” Gauo seems to talk to the water as he lies along the side of the boat they are sailing in. Cairo had made center to leave him in a very uncomfortable position, but the demon seems most comfortable just like that. “Telling me she’s not looking for normal, just different. My normal is normal. I just needed to change my appearance to prevent someone noticing me. Don’t go pretending I’m not a freak, my sweet snack,” he growls loud enough for her to hear him. Cairo sighs and just looks at the cluster of nations before them referred to as Hidden Federation. That girl wasn’t going to win Gauo over so easily. He looks at her the best he can from his angle and notices her looking at him. He snorts and looks back to the water, as she dips her hand inside. He watches the ripples a while before glancing over at her again. She watches the water dance as she moves her hand around beneath the liquid this way and that. “You really must be bored,” he finally says in an annoyed tone, but she just ignores him.
xxxxThe demon feels a pinch and makes a sort of barking noise as the white kitten that had done him in bites him on the ankle. Gauo slurs before they finally get close enough to the destination that Hifumi had decided to venture to. As soon as they get close enough, the toxic air of Hidden Volcano wafts through the entire vessel. The girl’s kitten hisses and ducks out someone on the boat, as Gauo and Cairo seem unaffected. “That smells kind of good. I can’t imagine what would make that cat hiss like that. I feel like I’m smelling the place where I was born, or somethin’.” Gauo waits for someone to say something but everything is just quiet. “Hey, princess, what’s with the silence all of the sudden?”
xxxxCairo did notice that Hifumi had been eerily quiet. He turns his head to see the Ichtaca girl slung over the side of the ship. “Hey, Hifumi!” He rushes over to her, the boat rocking uneasily, and raises her head out of the water. “What’s the matter? Can you hear me? Hifumi?” Gauo, him able to move his head a little, looks over at the two and notices Hifumi’s unconscious state.
xxxx“Damn it! Must be the miasma. I didn’t think she was that fragile though,” the demon chuckles as Cairo glares at him. “Don’t get your granny’s in a bunch, if we team up then maybe we can at least get her to the safe zone in that place. I’ve been here many times before, so I know where the good spots are and the bad ones.” The dark blue haired boy didn’t trust the black-eyed demon at all. He’d rather not depend on him for anything. But right now he didn’t have much other choice. Hifumi wasn’t breathing in her unconsciousness and he couldn’t fly. Gauo had the wings to fly, just not the energy. “You gonna let her die? I don’t care either way. But I’d like to eat her when she’s giving me that look she did when I first mentioned wanting to eat her. So?”
xxxx“What do you need me to do? I’m not sure having us just slowly sail towards the village is going to be possible since she’s not breathing. But just remember that in a situation like this, I will kill you if you betray us. I would just rather not have to commit the sin.” Gauo laughs loudly before smirking at the boy. He sure did look and sounds like a lovesick mutt. That girl doesn’t seem like much but she’s sure got a way to get people to follow her. The demon quickly voices his plan to Cairo, hoping to put it into action soon before it becomes pointless.
xxxx“Hifumi… Hifumi, can you hear me? Hifumi…” The girl’s eyes slowly creep open, only able to see a mixture of colors. There’s dark blue, black, red, white, and some green color. Her eyes open up a little more and see soon notices Gauo, Cairo, and her kitten staring down at her. She also notices the turned back of someone with bright red hair.
xxxx“You guys really are stupid for coming here. I don’t get why you would come here without any knowledge about the effects of this villages air on the lunges.” Hifumi recognizes the voice of the person speaking but can’t think too much. More people appear screaming as her eyes droop and eventually close. Hands reach out to her before Uli states, “Don’t bother her. Let her rest to get the toxins completely out of her body.” And with that, they all seem to fade out of hearing. The effects of something seem to make Hifumi see multiple colors before she eventually sees just one, white. Where was she now? Was she dreaming? Hifumi stands in the center of the all white abyss completely naked. Her hands cover her flat chest as her eyes glance around at her surroundings. No matter where she looked or how far, she couldn’t see anything but the white. The world was perfectly white and there wasn’t a single blemish aside from she her self.
xxxx“Hifumi… Hifumi… Hifumi…” a voice calls out to her. She makes a face as if to show confusion, but it is actually revealing how she doesn’t plan to speak to whoever is speaking to her. She wanted to just be lost in the white abyss. It was calm and quiet. It reminded her of the sight of snow. “Hifumi, wake up now. You shouldn’t be sleeping out here.” Reluctantly, the brunette opens her eyes. She looks at the person inches from her face that doesn’t have a face. His face is completely gone. She was surprised, more surprised than normal, and cringes back from the man without a face. “What’s the matter? Why are you so afraid?” Afraid? She turns over on the ground and stares down at the snow beneath her. It oddly felt warm. She scrambles to her feet and begins running. She runs far away from the man without and face and somehow winds up in a dense forest. ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ Words = 1,056

╔════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xxxxHifumi finally stops running and places her hands onto her knees and pants hard. Where is this place? And where were her clothes? She wasn’t still naked, but she wasn’t wearing something that she’d typically wear. She covered in a slick black suit from neck to hand to toe. Atop her head is a black fur hat and her hair is hidden beneath it. “What is this? Where am I? Why do I feel… different? Is it that dream again?” She looks up, having been staring at the ground, and looks up to only be staring at yet another blank face. She stares at the thing before her, which would have been a deer in reality, and feels overwhelmed with fear. “Stay away from me,” she hollers as she falls back and onto her behind. The deer bucks and then rushes off, leaving her alone as she’d wanted. As she sits in the snow, she feels uncharacteristically lonely. Not like how she normally feels when she’s alone. She feels like being alone at this moment is the scariest thing in the entire world. She wanted out of this place, now.
xxxxShe wanted to be back in reality with the people she had gathered together. She couldn’t lie around. The perfect world couldn’t wait. “This perfect world. You always think about it and yet, do you really believe in it?” What? Hifumi turns around only to find herself naked in the white abyss again. The voice that spoke to her, it sounded so much like Cairo right then. She covers her flat chest, as she did before, and shuts her eyes. She opens them up but this time she stays where she is. This wasn’t the same dream she had every so often. This time things were different. The deer didn’t try to eat her, there was a faceless boy this time instead of a faceless couple, and this time she wasn’t acting like she normally did. She was acting cowardly, very uncharacteristic of her indeed. “Why don’t you dance for me?” Who’s talking now? It sounds like Cairo still.
xxxx“I will not dance for your sheer amusement. Who are you, show yourself.” She looks around angrily, trying to find out who is in her dreams. Who was this stranger that never appeared to her before? It wasn’t Cairo it just shared his voice.
xxxx“Then get out. But if you dance for me then maybe you’ll feel better about leading a meaningless existence. You believe in a Goddess. You believe that you are a vessel. Isn’t it just over self-confidence that makes you believe so fanatically in yourself? You are the one who will be the Goddess of a new world. If I said the same thing you said you might pretend to accept my belief. But deep down you’d think it was just me trying to give myself a big head. Why should you be the Goddess of a new world? Who are you to say anything about the world? You are evil at your core. Slutting around and grabbing up all the men you can. Sweet talking your way into moronic girls hearts. Trapping people into dealings with you using the pawns you’ve banded together. Yu yourself are evil at your very core—.”
xxxx“That’s enough!” The girl cries out. She wasn’t. That’s not what she wanted. She would become the Goddess of a new world because it was her fate. She believed long and hard, trying to be a part f some other religion, but it always came back to her wanting for a perfect world. It wasn’t that hard to accomplish. The world simply needed a higher order. It was fate that bestowed her with the knowledge about what the world needed to be perfect. It was fated that she would be the Goddess of a new world because of her abilities. She was not recruiting people. They were simply following after her because they wanted to. No one that she traveled around with was doing it against his or her will or being made to remain a follower of hers, except Gauo. And once he could take care of himself, he would be free to leave.
xxxx“Don’t try and sugarcoat it. You know it all to be true. Even your mental thoughts I can hear, so no manner of reasoning with yourself first will make your words anymore believable. You are not worthy of a glory, when you yourself are pitifully weak. Cairo, he is the one leading you not you leading anyone. How can a Goddess come from beneath someone like him?” Hifumi had become confused at his words. She had fallen into the trap of this stranger and had let herself be swayed. But she was beginning to understand. She laughs, she laughs as loud as she can without sounding crazy or as if she were shrieking.
xxxx“I believe in the Goddess. I believe in myself. This world, no matter how you insult me, is undoubtedly in need of change. Innocents are dying for no reason. Wars are wager for simple reasons. And hearts are being turned to black holes. The Goddess… no, I will be the one to create a new world order. I will grow powerful enough to protect the world and its lives with my own hands once my death comes. When I leave this meager body, I will ascend and become powerful enough to overthrow any individual who may claim to hold power over me. And I will do it the way that I have been. I have people following me, and it was merely a stroke of luck, but that too is fate. A band of powerful individuals that will protect me until the rightful day comes for my end and beginning.” She stares into the white around her and smiles widely. Her face returns to its gorgeous complexion and her eyes go from their frantic appearance to a more relaxed one.
xxxx“You flat chested monster! You will see the error of your ways in time.” The girl simply smiles. She wasn’t going to be swayed. She would continue to believe in the perfect world soon to come. This time of turbulence in the world would be the beginning of her revival. She would become Goddess, and then she will watch over the worlds with a gentle hand. ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ Words = 1,059

╔════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xxxxWhen Hifumi finally wakes up, she just stares at the glowing black ceiling. Was that chakra? “So you’ve decided to wake up, huh? It’s about time you stopped worrying the others.” The girl looks to her side to see Cairo sleeping in a chair, his arms slung over the sides of it. On his lap rest the tiny white kitten that still went about without a name. Sitting in the butterfly position on the floor is Hikaru, Oriyah resting against the boy’s back. She turns her head to the other side of the bed and looks at Relula resting her head on the bed quietly. She sits up on the bed slowly and looks at the fiery red head at the foot of her bed. Her red eyes stare at Hifumi; Uli was the one that spoke before about her needing to rest. Just pass her the Ichtaca youth could see Gauo standing in the doorway with his arms crossed. “Why did you come here with such a weak body like yours? Unlike the others, you can even stand in a cloud of smoke without having trouble.”
xxxxThe brunette, her hair draping her face and cascading down her back, doesn’t answer right away. She felt exhausted, even though she had just woken up of her own will. “Something drew me here. So I wanted to come here. I’m weak, not my body. I don’t know why I reacted like that when I came here this time.” Hifumi just lowers her head, not feeling like looking at anyone. She wanted to go back to sleep, but she needed to get back out into the world. She needed to find her destined place so that her dream could come true. She suddenly feels Gauo’s rough hands touch her skin and looks up at him. As close as he wound up getting, he was taking completely off guard by her face up close. He’d felt her touch, but he’d never felt her. His body seems to be frozen in place, his once angry face becoming serene. What was this feeling? He stares at her full lips. He gazes at the signs of dimples on her cheeks. And he ogles at the sight of her hazel eyes. She was beyond beautiful.
xxxxHis hand glides along her arm, absentmindedly, and his other hand finds the back of the girl’s head. His hand dances around in the girl’s hair. She captivated Gauo with him being able to get this close to her. He didn’t want to, but he releases her and moves back. His hand continues to be entangled in her hair and eases out as he moves back from her. “Such a nice looking meal. If only I could use my abilities then I wouldn’t have to stop myself anymore.” He grins as Hikaru eyes meet his. So that was why he separated from her? Hifumi wondered if he’d have eaten her if Hikaru hadn’t looked at her. While Uli wondered what the heck was going on. “What I was meaning to do at first,” the demon goes on to say as he steps back slowly, “was to take a look at you since I do have some medical skill.”
xxxx“I’m sure you’re the cat’s meow,” Hikaru comments as he gets to his feet. Oriyah continues resting as the Inuzuka Uchiha mix approaches Gauo. “I hear that you tried to eat Hifumi before? If you touch her again then I’ll tear your organs out and show them to you. And you’d better steer clear of being anywhere near Uli or Relula too. If I catch you even looking at them funny then I’ll ring your neck.” Gauo chuckles which sounds just like he’s saying ‘geehee’ before getting up really close to the boy before him. They could almost touch each other.
xxxx“You ain’t got the skill to make organs appear out of nothing, kid. I don’t have any organs that you can be so flashy as to show me. But if you find some, let me know. I tend to misplace a few things when I have a meal.” Hikaru growls lowly as the demon shrugs. “I want to eat that girl more than anything. But I’m not going to do it with her having a face like that. Her face’s gotta be determined like that time. Then I’d be willing to eat her down to nothing. And nothing you can say will stop me. But here’s a bit of good news,” Gauo turns and walks away from the Hidden Leaf boy and fans his hand, “I have no interest in eating anyone but her. Anyone else would just piss me off. I want it to be her. Then, after her, I’ll probably consider the sweet one. The fire ball isn’t good for my digestion.” The monster steps out of the room and shuts the door, which makes Hikaru a tad furious.
xxxx“I don’t like him one bit. The moment he gets his energy back up, I’m going to pound it back down. He’d better hope that I wait until then and he can curb his hunger.” As soon as he finishes saying this, he looks at Uli who blushes a tad. But when his attention falls on Hifumi who seems to have fallen asleep sitting up, her blush fades. “Uli, you think… I just wonder if something really might be wrong with her. Do you think it was stupid of me to get so defensive of you guys when he claimed to have medical training?” He just keeps staring at her. Uli didn’t like him staring at Hifumi for so long. Sure he said he was worried about all of the girls, but she figured he was only saying all of them because he didn’t want to just say her. “I mean, if she’s not around then everything goes back to the way it was before. I go home to my family and Relula goes back to her mother.”
xxxx“You go back to the foster home and Cairo disappears as suddenly as he’d appeared his first day of school. She’s the link that ties us together. But can we all just stand to stand still since she’s so weak? Is it even right to expect her to travel around like she wanted given her condition? I just don’t know anymore.” ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ Words = 1,056

∞Hidden Volcano∞ ╔════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xxxx“I never thought it was a good idea to just drop everything and chase after her anyway. It was you and Relula who dropped everything and ran around trying to figure out where you would meet up with her. I didn’t drop everything and go chasing after someone without a back up plan. There’s nothing wrong with saying no to someone and just waiting for them to eventually return again. You can tell her that you don’t want to follow her and—.” She notices the boy turn to her and smile kind of sadly. That smile, she was worried what it was for. Was he about to say something sappy? Was he going to agree? Or was he going to pledge blind loyalty to that stupid Ichtaca weakling?
xxxx“I said that I wanted to learn more about her and her beliefs. I want to follow after her. I just… don’t know if I should forget about wanting any of that and just go back to life before I introduced myself to her. I’ve been sitting and thinking about it. I’ve been disappointed before. When my sister died in the attack on Leaf a few years ago, I learned to deal with the disappointment. I learned to cope with losing someone. So now it’s just a matter of if I can keep doing this. How long before I let myself get disappointed and lose someone before I truly regret everything?” Uli listens to him and resists the urge to embrace the boy before her. His rough exterior was a façade. He hid his true pains and softer side behind a cover of harsh clothing. What could she say to make things better? Probably something she didn’t want to. Relula suddenly shrieks and everything just crumbles.
xxxxEveryone resting bolts up and begin looking around, even Hifumi. The Ichtaca girl found herself lying where Relula had been when she opens her eyes. “Oh my gosh! I’m sorry Hifumi. I was asleep and freaked out when you leaned over on me. I’m sorry.” The dark gray haired girl looks around with her big brown eyes. She’d subconsciously woken everyone else up with her cry. She then looks at Hifumi who just stares at her. “What’s the matter? You really don’t look well Hifumi. Maybe we should take you to a hospital or something?” Cairo grabs the hazel-eyed girl by the shoulders and sets her upright. She pants lightly as she leans her head against the boy’s chest. He could feel the heat coming off of her body even before her forehead touched him.
xxxx“We need to get her somewhere to get looked at. She does seem to have a fever,” Cairo informs the others. Relula covers her mouth and shows her fear with his squinted, sad eyes. The dark blue haired boy draws the covers off of Hifumi and lifts her up into his arms. Her eyes slowly shut as the boy walks towards the door, “Is there a hospital in this village? A medic?” When asked about the medic, Uli doesn’t shake her head. She just stares at the ground.
xxxxHikaru curses under his breath before he speaks, “Gauo has medical training. He tried to look at her but I ran him off. He kept talking about wanting to eat her once she looked like before.” Cairo glares at the ground. Gauo hadn’t failed him in getting Hifumi from the boat and into the village. Gauo went into his demonic form and Cairo used his black flames to created heat under the demons wings to make flight possible. Their combined efforts brought them to the place where Uli, Hikaru, and Relula had all met up. So could he trust the man again even though he’d threatened Hifumi again?
xxxx“He may be a shady guy, but he help me get Hifumi here. I’d rather rely on him than no one at all. If he tries anything, we’ll just kill him,” the boy says quickly. A bid disturbed by his evil way of speaking, Uli decides to be the one to seek out the demon. Hikaru follows after her as Cairo sets Hifumi back onto the bed. “Hang in there. We’ll make sure to get you back to normal.” Relula calms down and watches the Ichtaca girl rest as the black flame wielder returns to sitting at her bedside. Oriyah stays watch in the room, not having been asked to join Hikaru, and passes time looking at the kitten in front of her. It was like they were silently talking to each other. By the time Gauo cruises into the room, Relula had fallen asleep and the two animals had gone their separate ways.
xxxx“You guys sure don’t know what you want. I’ll see what I can do about her.” The demon removes the blankets from covering the girl’s body. He watches her chest rise and fall, realizing just how little breast she actually had, before feeling the intense glares of the men in the room. Better get to work. The monster brushes its hand along the girl’s legs a moment before maneuvering around the bed. He touches a hand to Hifumi’s stomach and finds a touch of pleasure in the pained sigh that leaves her mouth as she turns her head to the opposite side. The men growl but he continues on anyway. He raises his hand to his face and allows his nails to elongate and grow sharper. The boy’s begin to object when the demon begins gliding his finger along the girl’s stomach, cutting into the fabric of her dress. Relula wakes up just as everyone begins staring at Hifumi’s stomach.
xxxx“What’s that? It looks… really odd,” Hikaru mutters.
xxxx“Why is that—I mean, she shouldn’t have that, right?” Uli seems to ask Hikaru.
xxxx“Who did this?” Cairo almost snarls. Relula peeks over her arms before bolting straight up. She stares at the strange marking across Hifumi’s stomach and then looks to Gauo. The demon motions back from the girl lying on the bed and over at her kitten that sits at the man’s feet. “She’s got a curse on her body. And this marking looks like it’s eating away at her body,” the boy goes on to say as a loud hiss is heard and then a bark. Gauo quickly flickers over to Hifumi and leans down over her. He presses his lips to hers and all hell breaks loose. Hikaru behind barking swears and Cairo starts blurting out threats. Relula cries out for Gauo to stop as Uli, in the heat of the moment, just tries to get a closer look at the seen unfolding. ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ Words = 1,106

╔════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xxxxBlood drips down over the sides of the girl’s mouth and makes everyone fall silent. Gauo parts his and the girl’s lips slowly. He licks his lips as an icy vapor pools from his mouth. He wipes the blood from the side of her mouth and sort of smirks. “What’s the matter, guys? Neither of you have touched her like this before, huh?” He begins to get jumped before he goes on, “Gihi. Relax; I’m still doing my job. I had to get that cat’s blood down her throat somehow.” Everyone glances at the kitten that seemed to be hissing at Gauo still, before looking back to the demon. “She’ll hopefully get better. I’ve used a special technique to make her body go back to before the curse was placed on her, but she’ll still need to rest a while longer.” Of all people, Relula places her fingertips to the man’s neck. Her hands are straight like daggers and her eyes are strained as they look at the monster. “Oho?”
xxxx“Was it you who cast this darkness on her? If you want to try and win us over, then think again.” Everything is silent for a long while. No one says anything or moves. Just as her dagger like hand presses into Gauo’s throat, Hifumi opens her eyes.
xxxx“You all need to stop lashing out at Gauo. After all, he hasn’t done anything but make threats. You all are worse than he is,” the Ichtaca murmurs. She pushes Relula’s hand away with one hand and grabs the demon by his cheeks with another. “You could have just asked the kitten to give me its blood. Don’t take advantage of someone when they seem to be incapacitated. If I were of a darker nature, I’d rip that tongue of yours from your mouth for forcing it down my throat.” Her roughness towards the monster makes him a little excited. And with that sensation, it was time he disappeared like before. He pries Hifumi’s hand from his face and releases it.
xxxx“Thank you Gauo, devilish man you,” he says with a chuckle as he makes his way through the crowd and over to the doorway.
xxxx“I suppose I should have thanked him. It didn’t cross my mind, really. That curse must have been the work of those from my home village. I did go there rather arrogantly and proclaim myself a missing ninja.” Shocked, those around her look to each other. She really just walked into her home village and told them she was going to become rouge? It would only be natural for them to take her out before she got to become stronger or something. “You all seem to get along together all right. But you all should also try and get to know Gauo. He might act like a monster, but for the time being he’s a comrade of ours. He shouldn’t be picked on because he came to be with us differently than all of you. Tomorrow, we’ll head out. The first thing I want to do once I get some rest is to look into that thing I told you about so long ago, Cairo. If you all have decided what you want to do, then those who plan to come with me can tell me tomorrow.”
xxxxThe demon man begins walking through the halls of the large abandoned building deep in thought. His energy hadn’t fully returned, but by tomorrow he should be in better shape and able to flap his wings. He could leave any time. He would be free and fully capable of devouring that girl soon after. His mind goes back to when he first saw her. He remembers her question to him and her belief. He remembers the look she had on her face when the kitten took him down. She tried not to show it, but she was both surprised and mocking him. His mind wanders more as he remembers the gentle touch of her hand against his chest and her clever words to get him to eventually go with them, though he had no choice anyway. “I wonder if I really was just doing my job before?” His mind goes back to the boat ride and that frantic feeling that overtook his mind when she went from twiddling with the water to unresponsive. Had she put some kind of charm on him?
xxxxThe demon stops in the middle of the hall and looks at his hand. In his hand he could remember the feel of her hair and her arm. He leg, it felt so soft. He’d taken advantage at that point just for that. And then… He shakes all of the thoughts from his head. Especially the one about when he kissed her. He wasn’t going to be infatuated with his meal. He would use her to become a stronger demon. When he finally gives him that final smug look, he would tear away her flesh first and feel the softness of her skin as it slides down his gullet. He would use her bones to decorate his home and his clothing, and enjoy tearing through her other bodily parts with his sharp teeth. Both imaginings appealed to him. So either way, he’d be satisfied.
xxxx“Uli, are you awake?” Uli rolls over in the brown sleeping bag she’s wrapped in on the ground. She makes sure not to disturb the soundly sleeping Relula beside her in the sack as she turns to look at Hikaru. He’d shed his clothing, as he often did without considering the consequences, and was in nothing more than his light blue boxer shorts. His red eyes and blond hair pop and the red head finds it hard to not explode from sheer bliss. He wasn’t laying in a sleeping bag and preferred to lie on the floor since it felt a lot cooler that way. Drip glides down his arms propped up behind his head and the leg he has propped up in the air. She didn’t know whether or not she could hold in her lusty side. “If I went with Hifumi, would you go too? I’m just asking in case I do go. I wouldn’t be able to talk to anyone like I can you. Even Oriyah is hard to talk to about a lot of stuff.” ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ Words = 1,055

╔════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xxxx“I, uh…” The girl’s red eyes stare into the boy’s red ones and she’s at a loss for words. No. She had to focus and answer him. He expected her to say something and confessed how he could only talk to her like this. This was the only thing she had to give her a level over any other girl. And that included little miss perfect world. “If you and Relula go away then I wouldn’t have anyone. So I’d go with you, no matter what you decided. But is this really something you want to do? Are you prepared to trail after her forever? There will be other girls like her, there always are.” Hikaru shakes his head.
xxxx“There will never be another girl, Uli. There isn’t a copy of each of us somewhere that is exactly the same. No one is as caring and protective as you are. No one is just as bright eyed as you or has freckles in just the right places as you. No one has the same knack for insane outbursts as Relula. There aren’t very many girls that I’ve seen of her clan who have brown eyes as opposed to white ones. And no one speaks their mind like Hifumi even though it might be best not to. No one has the skill to bring a band of completely different people together by just saying a few words. No one person is the same as another, so if I let her go then she’s gone. Just like with sis, there will never be another girl like her; exactly like her.” He looks up at the crumbling ceiling and closes his eyes. “I’ll trail after her forever if it means that I don’t have any regrets about not doing so.”
xxxx“Hikaru…” Uli whispers. Her face is red from him talking about her, and she can’t really be envious at the moment even though he was going back to speaking solely about Hifumi. For now she was just trapped in this blissful mood.
xxxx“I want to keep you and Relula close to me, but Hifumi isn’t from where we’re from so I’d have to let her go or take you guys with me. So if you really are willing to go with me, then travel with me along with Hifumi? I’ll make sure to protect you. I won’t let anything happen to you either. But I can’t think about not being near her anymore. I think that I’m drawn to her for a reason and I don’t want to miss a minute by her side.” He smiles and looks over at his friend. “It’s like I’ve become so used to her like you and Relula. And that makes me really happy.” His eyes return to focusing on the ceiling as Uli’s moment of bliss fades a little. She wondered if some aspects of Hifumi reminded him of his sister, or even that part of Relula that was taken away. Hikaru and Relula used to be close until the day his sister died. Something happened to Relula that day too and as a result, she forgot all about him.
xxxxSince then he’s waited for her to come to him, and the day she does it’s because Hifumi lures her to him. Maybe Hikaru wasn’t too far off. Maybe that girl that Uli was so jealous of might be a blessing in disguise. Maybe one day, the Hyuuga would remember him again. “Okay. But you’d better not lead us to the pasture, Hikaru. Now go to bed. You don’t want to be tired when we head out tomorrow, do you?” The two get into position to go to sleep as the sound of the kitten’s bell jingles. The kitten creeps out of the doorway of the room and wanders its way outside. It hisses at Gauo as the man stands looking up at the moon just outside the door to the large abandoned building.
xxxx“How long are you going to play games man? I already know you’re not just a kitty cat so come off it. What? Are you in love with the girl too?” Gauo had taken the liberty of abandoning his pants. What was it about the men that Hifumi had in her company about having little or no clothes on, especially at night. The feline makes its way nearer to the demon who doesn’t seem too concerned. “I owed you for biting me on the boat. So I bit you back. But bare in mind it was all for her sake, gihi.” The kitten doesn’t find the man’s words amusing at all. It just sits beside him, not really bent on taking revenge for the man’s thoughtless act. But it felt the need to clarify things. He was not in love with Hifumi. The only one that really might be in love with her is Cairo. Everyone else is merely drawn to her. And by nature, they are all very loyal and protective of the people they care about. He, on the other hand, just enjoyed her company when she was either talking about her deepest interests or simply looking at the girl with what some call Skin Beauty.
xxxxAnything else was just the demons own imagination. “And what of you?” The kitten asks without moving its mouth. It just looks over at Gauo, who smirks very widely. “You seem to enjoy getting close to her. You took it upon yourself to expel my blood into her body when you just as easily could have cut me and drained the blood into her mouth. And if she didn’t swallow, then you could have forced it another way.” The feline opens its mouth wide in a yawn before going on. “I have no interest in her. I just like to hear her talk and look at her face. It’s not because of infatuation it’s just entertaining. I have done nothing over repaying her for forcibly saving my life before. Beyond that I only repay her actions when they call for it.” The male kitten begins licking one of its paws and wiping that paw across its head. “I doubt anyone but the lovesick one is interested in her in that way. Then again, he wears things on his sleeve.” ╚════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ Words = 1,045

╔════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xxxxGauo listens to the small creature speak before deciding to say something. “I guess you could call what I do playing with my food. I really enjoy the way the men react when I do things to her that they never have too. I don’t care much for the little jealous one. Er, the little brown eyed girl. I don’t care for torturing her with my playful advances to her precious Hifumi.” The demon lets out a big sigh; he was beginning to get tired himself. “I’m not someone who hides how they really feel either, if I understand what I’m feeling. I admit that she’s quite an interesting human, but she’d be an equally interesting meal. So whether I decide to continue to consider her my meal or consider her as someone to keep around, doesn’t really matter. Either way I come out satisfied.” The monster rubs his stomach idly before he brings his hand up and taps the center of his chin with his claws. He’d somehow managed to revert back into his demon form mid conversation. He would have to burn it into his brain that he was still in hiding.
xxxxHis lower half, a few centimeters below his belly button, is covered in a thick black fur. It extends all the way down to his ankles. On his feet that look humanoid aside from the elongated black nails, have a little hair atop the foot as well. He uses one leg to scratch his other as his demon wings twitch up a moment. He finally combs his hair back before returning to his human form. “That’s disgusting. You should stay in that form even that means that you’re naked when you come out of it. I’d rather not look at your dangling piece of meat.”
xxxx“Call it my dazzling but dangling sack of meat,” the vulgar demon says, rephrasing what the kitten had said. “What’s your name anyways? It’s hard to just call you cat.” The man scratches at his beard that he has in any form he may take. It connects to his sideburns and his sideburns connect to his hair. His sharp teeth are easily seen as his opens his mouth to yawn. The kitten resting beside him wags its tail from side to side slowly. It didn’t have a name. Ever since it came to be, it just never had a name. If it had to give itself a name, it wouldn’t be able to. “I didn’t have a name before the day I saw you guys. Gauo just seemed like a cool name. It just came to me, ya know. So if you don’t have a name, then it don’t matter. Pick a name or just go by the same things you usually are. Gauo the Demon, Kit the kitty cat… pick something that really screams you.” With a lazy scratch of his chest, Gauo turns to the building.
xxxx“Hold on a second. You’re just going to walk away?” The kitten watches as the demon fans a hand as if to say goodbye and disappears into the building. The feline just sits there pondering over a name that might scream him, as Gauo had said. What if that demon was lying about him not having a name? He was probably making fun of his as he thought. He hisses a little before lying down on the ground. Its tail lies on the ground as he just lets his mind roam. A name. He then remembers how Hifumi didn’t force a name on him but said that it would come. In time he would reveal his name or choose one. Cairo and Hikaru, they were going to help. And Relula too. Though… were they really trying to come up with a name for him? Was it right to have someone else decide a name for him? He would hammer things out tomorrow. After all, he was going to go with Hifumi and Cairo. If the others decided to go then he’d include them too. By then he would have a name picked out or petition for one.
xxxxThe following morning, as the sun rising over the horizon, the kitten feels a warm hand petting him. He purrs, not really thinking he was awake, and then meows affectionately. “You must be having a nice dream.” Its eyes burst open and the kitty turns its head to look at the hazel-eyed girl crouched beside him. She seems to be wearing little more than a large white t-shirt. Whose shirt could that be? “It’s a good thing that our boat was docked by someone. Otherwise I would be stuck in this outfit until we found clothes. I don’t want to waste anymore time. I want to get out there and see the world. I want to find my final resting place too, for this body.” She looks at the kitten and seems like she is going to say something but she just smiles a little at him. “Thank you for protecting me in Japan. I never would have guessed you could do so many things. You’re really not your everyday kitten. That’s why I hope to have a name to call you soon. That way I can change your nametag.” The girl stands up and pets the feline as she grabs him up and into her arms.
xxxxShe makes her way back inside as the commotion of those inside shatter the calm. “Where’d she go? What if Gauo ate her while we slept? She told us to be nice but…” Cairo whimpers as Hikaru looks at Oriyah. The female dog rolls her eyes and he gets the feeling they’re all overreacting. “Hifumi~!” A giggle breaks the feel of panic in the room as the Ichtaca girl steps into the room. She shakes her head and the search party all in one place. How did they expect to find her when they were all looking in the same place? “There she is. I told you guys everything would be fine,” Cairo lies as Hikaru growls at him.
xxxx“You liar! You were the one getting the most worked up!” The dark blue haired boy gets into the face of the blond one and they begin to argue. Hifumi looks around at the people in the room before she steps in between the fighting boys. “So, uh, where to now?  Hidden Wind Hidden Wind would appear mostly empty due to its only clan leveling under the ground. This was to throw off attacks while managing to avoid Joker's horrible puns, though that was an unintended side effect. As the insane clown planted his flag into the soil while sending his bodies out to find a fight, small crystals building up through the ground before uprooting the flag. It wasn't much so it would likely go unnoticed by the mad man or his team. What was actually happening she the ground under the top soil was being reformed into the same crystal that removed the flag. See the members of Hidden Wind's clan, the Kailash, had a special control on and over diamonds. A few large crystals erupt forth from the ground around the clown. "I think it's pretty obvivious don't you? Pretty Crystals...are you like a bling bling girl for one of those rappers. Me personally I like Biggie. What about you?"Joker looked at the crystal and he went to touch one and he changed his mind. He simply winced at the crystals as he licked his bottom lip. He cracked his fingers as he stabbed a flag into the ground. The flag had a bloody 'J' on it as he gavea big smirk. "But I am welcoming you to a Jokertopia. Where I rule this whollllleeeee federation. You're welcoem to try and stop me. But I don't think you would want too. Isn't that right?"Joker looked up and hiding among the trees were there those empty eyes of Harley, Joker II, and his daughter. They were always around. They never were far away. They were like his shadows. They were like his protectors..and as long as they were around..nothing ever would happen to him. He took in a deep breathe as he smelt the air. He coughed as he did some beetles fell out of his mouth. The Yumi beetles. They were a nasty little side effect of him becoming Pestilence. "The air here is rancid....I can't wait to change that.."HE looked at his new opponent as he reached inside of his jacket. He puilled out one knife that looked sharp and coated with blood. THe blood was from the others that had some kind of bloodline. He always wanted to mix bloodlines..and he figured this was the easiest way. He continued to smile as his chuckle started to grow. "You are a ripe piece of a fruit. I can't wait to cut you open to see how you bleed. That is of course if you don't join me. If you don't join me then I will kill you. But if you join me...then you don't get killed which is better for you..if you don't join me then i kill you...which is better for me. It seems as if we are at a wierd impass..what are you going to do?"Joker said as he spun the knife around. He pointed to the knife and only smiled. He put his finger in the air as he felt death that was a brewing. "I call her Jack..as in the Ripper.. Like Jack the Ripper. Like I am rip your face off."Joker chuckled.

Hidden Wind The flag would only get so far in the soil before striking the hard crystal below that refused to give away to the strength of anyone weaker than the clan member that manipulated them. Though the clown went to touch one his opinion on that soon changed before he commented about her being some 'bling bling' girl to rappers. Though she could only think on the ridiculous way that an old Jinjuriki use to spoke. Or that was what her demon was telling her, so either it was true or not she would have no idea. Focusing back o the figures in the village, this clown had hacked up bugs, which was honestly creepy though it was likely connected to a power he had...perhaps he was a part of the creepy bug clan of Hidden Leaf. Though his flag and his tag of 'Jokertupia' it would be highly unlikely. Next the male drew a dagger, which he named Jack, then proceeded to tell one more incredibly lame jokes afterwards. The most worrying part was that Joker acted as though he could see her while she hadn't revealed herself, though after being called out, Aimi's image appears in ever piece of crystal around the clown and his posse, "I would live now. Joker only continued to chuckle as he heard her say that it would be a transgression of war. Did she not udnerstand that he was pestilance. Joker looked up and he only started to let his wings started to spread quickly as he coughed up more of the yume beetles. They only flew around him. This girl had better be ready..Joker didn't walk alone. Harley, His Daughter, and Joker II were always around but there exact location was just never eactly known. "Unlike Dragonballz I don't wait to power-up. Now you said war.." Joker reached from the side of his head and fully put on his Ghost Mask. He took in a deep breath and blew as hard as he could. As he started to blow out an oderless gas would seep out of the mask causing the fear gas to fill the air. A t the same time Joker started to laugh. He was infusing his chakra with his laugh causing him to use the Jester Laughs. This was his act of war. He only smiled behind his mask as he tilted his head a bit. "Trust me..It was always going to be a war. Now I am just goign to have fun killing you."Joker laughed as hard as he could. Most people took him as a joke. Most people didn't udnerstand or believe him when he said he was going to be the new ruler of the federation. Well it started here...and He would quickly take over the rest. As he kept laughing as hard as possible. The Jester Wings started to wave back and forward. He seemed like a demonic angel..no he was a demonic angel. He was sent to bring the world to it's knees. Which is about 800 Skill Points per use. The Mask however does have another ups it does cause fear in people. No matter who it is the mask will cause them to fear you. The mask can shoot out a fear gas. That causes everybody to experience some sort of fear. Even if it is a short period of time. Jesters laugh - The user has a high pitched voice while laughing making the opponent weary of attacking. - 300 skill points [n]
