I depend on the computer to tell time. I could look at it, know what time of day it is, what day of the week, month, and what month it is. However, a few hours later, I'll forget and think it's some other day. School and the computer are the only things that help me keep track of time, otherwise it'd be like being on an island, and having time seem to pass by infinitely as if it's forgotten I show know its markers.

So when will we get the ability to create a second Character?
and what would be the Requirements?
'Cause I could use a secondary character to mess with while my character moves through the exams, I can tell it will take a while to finish this up

Am I allowed to equip my character with an assortment of weapons that can conduct chakra (Nothing beyond what Asuma did.) without submitting them to customs?
Felt like decking Michael out in a bunch of weapons, so people would think that he's just a weapons user.

@Meta: No, they all need to be submitted if they all conduct chakra. And only weapons masters can have that many weapons (probably not even that many)
@Kage: No, a plain sword does not need to be submitted as a custom weapon.
