I'm willing to accept that our definitions of self-awareness are different, Mayor Hundred. I understand that you also speak to the oven and the jukebox.
The damaged one will be repaired, but it goes slowly. It may be two months until it's self-diagnostics are all completed. These are not simple pieces of machinery. At which time, I will resume time travel testing. Travel into the past has been proven possible; I will start by testing travel into the future.

Querl Dox I'm willing to accept that our definitions of self-awareness are different, Mayor Hundred. I understand that you also speak to the oven and the jukebox. Well, self-awareness isn't really the best way to define what I experience but I haven't really been able to define it any other way so I'll roll with that. And for the record I can speak to toilets and snow globes. Simple machines to even your buffers, albeit with some difficulty. Querl Dox The damaged one will be repaired, but it goes slowly. It may be two months until it's self-diagnostics are all completed. These are not simple pieces of machinery. At which time, I will resume time travel testing. Travel into the past has been proven possible; I will start by testing travel into the future. That sounds really, well, terrifying. This is most likely an insulting question for you but aren't you afraid to step on a bug or something?

It's a common question. There are two theories of time that apply when traveling down the timeline. Either all of time in the universe is fixed, and if you travel up and down your line you were supposed to and everything that you did was going to happen that way anyways...
Or any change that you make while traveling down the timeline is one of an infinite number of possibilities, which all branch off from each moment of time in an infinite number of iterations, like an ice crystal spreading outward from every action in every moment in time.
Accounting for both is what makes time travel so difficult and in need of precision when attempting.

Accounting for both is what makes time travel so difficult and in need of precision when attempting. And that is why I'm very, very glad men like you are handling time travel and not men like me. If you need questions answered on the movie Superman, I can help. *Gives him a grin.*

I have questions, but I'm afraid that they will only be answered in time, Mayor Hundred.
I have deactivated the buffers. HOWEVER. There may still be errant chronal energy absorbed by the people who have been in here since they were turned on. It should disperse in a few days, but if there are more..."Powellian" incidents...
Forewarned is forearmed.
::Looks directly at Mitchell::
Remember that. It's important.
