Peppermint Elf AzurePaleSky Raven_Darkholme AzurePaleSky OMG, Spider asked her?? Good luck! I ask her to be my girlfriend three times and she says no. I ask her to be my wife once, and she's on the razor's edge of saying yes. Women.I know things are so passionate with her, but the fact that you guys haven't even really experienced being a couple together for a long time makes me wary. It's all really fast and sweet and good at first, but after a while things change and sometimes it's for the better and sometimes not. I think it'd be best for you both to wait a while and see how things pan out, without a pressure (but of course you know this relationship better than me). It just seems strange to marry someone you haven't really dated? At least wait a year or two after dating to think about marriage... it's more just a statement to others about your relationship. So have that relationship first. And to Bart, Feel better!! heart Well... I'm with Rachel. Dating first would seem best. But well... no one says it can't work out. Nabs-mom and Nabs-dad met in Sept. Nabs-mom got preggers 2 weeks later, married Nabs-dad 4 months later, Nabs was born 5 months after that, and they've been married....
.... how old am I again? gonk
Uh... but yes, date first! scream And use birth control! xd heart

TweedleKeys Skizzors IT IS SNOWING. TODAY, I SEE BEOWULF. (events not actually related) *snow envy* Are you going to see it in 3D? In very very very skewly relatedness, I come closer and closer to getting a Netflix account to keep me company for the holiday season. The thought of having to come up with my list of things to rent makes my lazy sensors say 'you don't have to get one yet...' What kind of stuff do you like? I can help you start populating that list... First of all, if you haven't seen Mushishi yet, the first 3 dvds are out. Dai-Guard is another good show, if you like mecha with a keen comedic sense... I'd also recommend the first 5 discs of Gaogaigar, all of Godannar, and any Full Metal Panic you haven't seen for a nice mecha starter to things. Other shows I recommend strongly are Paniponi Dash, Le Chevalier D'Eon (huge, strong recommend here... must see, much like Mushishi), Moon Phase, Shakugan no Shana, Shounen Onmyouji, and Nerima Daikon Brothers (Blues-Brothers inspired musical by Nabeshin? Oh hell yeah).

lol, I just did it, and I just submitted it.
I think next week, I'll try my Autumn Glory av. I really liked how that one came out, especially since I actually made an avatar without my DT and in human mode. It came out awesome-looking. (Hey, a gay guy actually liked it a lot. That's my mark for a good av.)
I have a feeling that I'm going to be slaughtered since (horrors!) it doesn't match my wolf perfectly. But such is.
Anyway. Anyone figure out what's wrong with Barty's PC? I was about to sell him a couple of MCs, but he said his trades bit the big one and he couldn't deal me. I'd Marketplace it for him but I'm afraid that some greedy b*****d would snap them up.
In related news to Stream's post: SO I HERD SUM THINGS IN REGARDZ 2 GURREN-LAGANN BEING LICENSED. And since the AG fapped over it (quite obv, as the GL thread is right below this one), I'm just curious - when is it getting released stateside?

Akimbo Phoenix Goliathane I think if you just go to Payon 5, you should be good. cool It takes a bit of hunting, but it shouldn't be that long there. Oh I am way down in Payon. It's just taking forever. At least I'm up to..200 something now. gonk Hm. Not sure whether you're on a low-rate or a high-rate, but... ...if you have the time and the gears to do it, make a rogue/stalker and go pwn s**t? Even moreover, make a wizard/high wizard, get it high leveled, and mob/SG the heck out of ninetails?

Skizzors I saw Bee Movie! heart I spent, like.. 90% of the middle third trying to recognize this one guy's voice. And then I realized -- KRONK. heart heart He was on the Seinfeld tv show for a few seasons as Elaine's boyfriend, so I'm not surprised he ended up in Bee Movie, also considering that most of the acting he does now is voice work. LOVE that guy. heart I cannot for the life of me think of his name though. sweatdrop

Ashram McDuck Tokyo trip update before I get back to doing ... something. Yesterday was definitely a more pleasant trip than my last, considering it was raining cats and frogs last time. I decided to do a little site seeing first before I made my way through Animu Holeland. I went to Ueno park, which is quite nice and has tons of stuff to do. A couple of shrines, a pagoda, a giant fountain, statues of famous people and a few museums. Since this was just a "taking a look" trip, I more or less just made notes of what was there and will definitely go back when I have more time. I have a few pictures to share, so I'll do that soon. Also, for my next trip I'll go to the ROBOT exhibit they have at the Museum of Nature and Art. In Akihabara I made the rounds and picked up lots of good stuffs: Giant Robo Box set (the eyeball one) Two boxes of Gurren Lagann mini figures (got Kamina and King Kittan) Nono and Noriko figurines Sailor Mercury model to put together and paint Final Fantasy VI Advance GUITAR HERO III Hazzah The Museums in Ueno Park are really nice, and most of them have good English explanations along with the Japanese. I wonder if the robot exhibit is seasonal though. Make sure you don't wait too long to go see it because it may only last a month or more. 3nodding

So I made it safely to SoCal and everything. Today we've been preparing everything for an early Thanksgiving dinner amongst friends. This is my first turkey I've cooked mostly by myself. I hope it turns out okay... sweatdrop

I saw the first episode of D'Eon though and wasn't all that impressed despite the awesome that French history occult cross-dressing zombie hunting should be. The manga seems really different... either that or its just taking a while to introduce all the characters that the first episode sort of threw at us. Two volumes in though and no random skull. The art is really... intense. Dai-Guard, GGG and Godanner have been on my 'should see that some time' list for a while, Pani Poni too (I actually have some of the raw manga for that randomly sent to me by a non-anime fan friend of the family in Japan maybe 3-4 years ago.) I saw an episode of Moon Phase and didn't really get into it. (I know I should be giving things more than one episode.) Nerima Daikon Brothers looked like it wouldn't be funny enough to handle its format... like it would subsist on nonsequitors and weirdness to make up for it. Actually I was thinking more along the lines of real people United States movies as I've seen maybe one or two of those a year for maybe the last 10-15 years. Sorting and priority and consensus are my main concerns. Here are a few off the top of my head: Pleasantville (good friend's favorite movie... but maybe because he was like 10 when it came out or something), The Prestige (left theatres too fast), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. ...maybe I should just sign up right now and spend the rest of the evening adding stuff. Thanksgiving I'm trying to drag a friend over for food and Patlabor DVDs. Some of these episodes I haven't seen since snowy Arctic subs.

I hope it turns out okay... sweatdrop Yay. Are you going to brine it? I found that worked well back when I used to do the full cooking thing. ...except that one year my oven filament burnt out 5 minutes into cooking the turkey on Thanksgiving day... no one would come to replace it for a week.

I think if I had to see it again, I'd see it in.. normal. Just to see how it is. gonk The 3D wasn't as good as it could have been. I could see the double image far too frequently.
