Lady Crystal smiled. "Yes, it is. However Phoenix Born are not exactly phoenixes themselves. While they are rumored to be born from phoenixes, their form is that of your normal everyday human. Furthermore, no matter what test you perform on them, be it magical or science, they will register as a human. Though he said there was one spell that was designed specifically to determine the Phoenix Born's true identity. However, he did not offer it to me and I thought it prudent not to request it."

Lady Crystal shakes her head. "No, they do not shape shift. At least not from what the man told me. Rather it is the only spell that can tell for certain wether someone is human or Phoenix Born. The mountains? Let me think.... I believe that they are to the north east. I believe it took me about a month to travel here from their."

Suddenly, Lily stiffened a bit, then made a face. It was him again, and while it wasn't the terror that it had been before, the force of the remainder of the spell was enough to make her wary. Without so much as a word, she shifted into her bunny form. Then, after digging her way out of her clothes, she surprised herself by hopping over to Crystal, raising herself on her hind legs to put her paws on the woman's.

Richard mapped this out in his mind. "Thank you for this information... unless I cannot explore it?" He asked, double checking.
Trina kept her eyes open, going through what she was doing. It had suddenly started pouring outside, Trina no longer strong enough to override the water's will.

Trina blinked at Lily, wondering what was going on. "Uh..." She stopped, her tired senses telling her something was amiss. Trina stood up shakily, facing the door.

Nothing happened. Blaming her fatigued senses, she sat back down, careful as possible so she wouldn't fall/.

"Feel free to do what you wish with it," Lady Crystal said before bending down to pick up Lily. "What's wrong?" She whispered to the bunny, setting her in her lap and stroking her softly.

Lily shot an apologetic look to Trina, though whether the woman could interpret bunny facial expressions she didn't know. She turned her gaze to Crystal a moment, ears twitching as she gave a slight shiver. Then, at the petting, she began to trill, settling in the woman's lap until the feeling had passed.

((Hmm...I'll go with that *Grins*)) "Thank you." Richard said, rising to go take notes on Caradoc and the others, and to sketch Lily. She has after all, just become a rabbit, and he hadn't seen too many of those. "Excuse me, but I am retireing." He bowed slightly, then headed up the stairs.
Trina herself seemed to be in a trance, but it was really just her mind closing off, preserving what energy it could.
(I hafta go...Eyes keep closing...night guys)

Lily shook her head, rather adamantly. If Arlen saw she was a bunny again, he'd only worry. She looked up at the woman again, rather annoyed that she'd had to re-evaluate her first opinion, then butted her arm affectionately. The spell was dissipating; in a few moments, she'd allow herself to be human again.

Baizou woke up on the couch and went into an immediate sneezing fit. Every time he did, his body shrunk. Once he finished sneezing, he had the soft round-cheeked appearance of a seven year old. He looked extremely confused as he held the blanket around himself, eyes darting everywhere they could.

If she could have grinned, she would have. Instead, Lily just gave a high trill, then hopped down. Shooting a curious look to Bai, she then nudged her clothes into the kitchen; several moments later, she came out, fully dressed. "Sorry 'bout that." she told Crysal softly, then looked to Baizour, slightly concerned. "Uh... bless you. I would maybe... try not to sneeze anymore." she added, blinking, wishing she could help.
