So, in the last five years that i've been back in Wisconsin, i've gained an average of 14 pounds a year. I've lost 18 pounds in the last 15 weeks.

Also, if Babs puts the key in the door should I expect something to happen to her?

She can try to, but he's got no real motivation to talk. They could find the place, but like Jigsaw said, even if they interrupted the testing, they wouldn't save anyone... aka the place is rigged to blow if someone tried to break in or out.
When they unlock the door, a timer will start. They can lock themselves behind the steel door or try to save the twins or themselves, once the timer runs out, the room will be incinerated.
