Kenet peered into the tavern, his hair trailing over his shoulder. Then, he hovered in, wings buzzing softly as he moved to tie his hair back with a ribbon. By now, his straight, golden locks reached his lower back and was gathered into a thin braid. Nothing else had changed about him, though, other than the fact that he'd recently passed his eighteenth birthday in good health.
"Hullo?" he called, landing silently onto a stool by the bar.

The two twins looked up from the sleeping sapphire, playing with her hair. They looked at Kenet and tilted their heads. "Who's he?" "I don't know." "Do you think he's nice?" "I don't know." "Do you know anything?" "More then you do moron." "Cry baby." "Shut up, lets go say hi."

Kenet pointed ears twitched lightly at the sound of speech coming from nearby, and he glanced over warily at the patrons. Confused and perhaps a bit unsure of his welcome there, he made for the door, but was quickly stopped as he ran into Tidus. The younger boy was much taller now, topping his elder brother by a few inches. A long thin lock of hair trailed against his cheek, sectioned off by a few wooden beads while the rest of his hair was cut short.
"Where're you goin', Mama?" he asked Kenet curiously, draping his arms around his brother's neck in quite the unmanly way. The elder of the two brothers frowned and shrugged away from Tidus.
"Nowhere. Those two over there keep looking at me, though. It's a bit unnerving," he said quietly. Tidus snickered.
"Poor Mama." He looked over at the two patrons who were whispering to each other. "Oy. You got a deal with my mum?"

The boys jumped and shook their head. "No way!" "We were just going to say hi." "You got a problem with us?" "Be nice Blaze, don't be more of a moron more than you are." "Shut up cry baby." ((Sorry, lap top was being a b***h to me XP ))

Kenet and Tidus both held expressions of confusion and some disbelief.
"Now, now, gents," Tidus began, stepping forward with his hands up in defense and a cheeky grin on his face, "We ent here to insult you. You're makin' my mum-"
"-Brother," Kenet interrupted firmly.
"Right. You're upsettin' my brother, mates. Not to mention that you're not entirely frightening either way, so defense won't be necessary."

Sydney, the calmer one, tilted his head. "Oh? I'm sorry. I didn't mean to upset your brother. Just curious is all." Blaze frowned. He was itching for a fight.

Gorlist looked up from his fifth bottle of vodka and he shook his head suddenly, "Damn. More kids." He burned out the alcohol in his system real quick and threw all the empty bottles away. He sat down on the stool again and watched everyone with little interest, he was bored out of his mind.

Sydney looked at Gorlist and waved. "Yes. Delighted to meet you too, brother in law." He grumbled under his breath. Something about the way Sydney said that indicated that he was angry.
Maybe Blaze would take a bite out of one of the brothers. ((XP. Gaia ate my post. Edit.))

Kenet glanced over at Gorlist and sighed. "Yeah, I'll say," he murmured. "Tidus, back off. They're not going to attack us or anything."
Tidus gave Sydney a tilt of the head, as if he were attempting to read him just through speech. Then, he hopped into the air and flew over to the bar counter to begin going through the bottles, eyeing the ones with more exaggerated flavors. Kenet, on the other hand, shuffled over to an armchair where he plopped down, his thin body folding quite neatly.

Gorlist looked over at Sydney and shook his head, "Oh yes. The delight is all mine, Sydney." The sarcasm was extremely apparent in his voice. He let out a small sigh and ran his hand through his hair as he looked around the tavern again. There were too many kids to him but he never like kids so that was probably just him.

Sydney frowned. "Whats your problem? My mother is always upset about you. I'm surprised she hasn't left Kaz..." He stopped, punched in the face by his brother. "Yeah. I'm the one that needs to calm down. Cry baby." Sydneys only response was, "Moron."

(( Kenet's a young man, not a kid. ))
Kenet raised an eyebrow at the sound of a sigh coming from the direction of the man he'd just replied to. "There a reason why you're so unsettled?" he asked lightly, folding his hands across his flat belly and crossing one leg over the other. He eyed Tidus's ever-curious form nearing the kitchen.
The younger brother had discovered some variety of fruits in the fridge and was helping himself to them, standing in the doorway of the kitchen with an apple in one hand and a handful of strawberries in the other. Idly, he munched on one of the smaller fruits while observing the very boring atmosphere of the tavern. There was no one to play with.

Gorlist laughed a bit and shook his head, "I don't like kids. I know she doesn't like me just because I cut my father's arm off to stop him from losing control. I really don't care. And if she leaves my father over me, then there really is a problem. I stay away from them so I shouldn't be bothering her." He sighed a bit and looked up at the ceiling. He looked over at Kenet and shrugged, "I am bored out of my mind. You are the only other non-kid in this place and I don't know who you are."

Jenna walked into the tavern her eyes ever changing colors as she examined her new cuts. "Man! I really am starting to hate my family traditions." She sighed.

Blaze shook his head. "She's over that. But she still doesn't like you. And its for one reason. You despise children, which isn't right. She's not saying you should have one, but she thinks you should at least say hi to your baby sister."
