The other one he has is the same gun used to kill his parents but he got rid of it in year one. In Bruce Wayne: Murderer, Bruce actually did buy and own the gun used to kill Vesper Fairchild, many people believe that it was the same gun he got rid of in year one but that has not been proven or disproven.
