This girl said that the temperature where she lived was at -25*F with a wind chill of -40*F. How is that ******** survivable? How do her people survive. I dont even think I'd live for even 5 minutes in taht temp. Lowest i've been in was like in the teens.

^is probably talking about someone from the prairies
it is seriously that cold all winter- you have to plug in your cars during the winter, or else the engine will freeze and never work again
