Richard looked back to Crystal, smiling. "Oh, I'm faring fine now. I've decided I don't care much for the town, but this inn makes up for it I think. You Miss?"

Caradoc watched Richard come back down, "Hey, you okay? I thought this region was pretty crime free. Who attacked you?" He asked, climbing down from the stage to approach him.

triforcel413 Lady Crystal stood again to return the curtsy. "I am well, Sapphire. How does this night find you?"
"Good evening, Richard. How are you faring this fine evening?" she greeted the man. "Better than I have been, I just got done tumbling." Sapphrie says with a smile. "Also if you'll excuse me for a moment." Sapphire goes over and grabs a vial with the pep-me up herbs. "Here, put a small pinch in your next drink, it will help with the sleepyness, just don't use too much." Sapphire says giving it to Trina.

"Hoodlums I thought, until they started shouting spells. I only had three prepared for today, and one was useless. The troubling thing is, I know that magic anywhere, but I don't know why it would be in this place, so far from the Acadamy. Very, very odd. Seems they wanted my notes, but I don't usually carry them with me...for that very reason actually. But I am fine now. How goes the night for you young sir?" He finished, looking the lad over. He could not yet determine what the boy was, but unique certainly.

Trina shook her head. "I can't..." She said, trying to explain with as few words as possible. "No stomach..."
Richard shook his head. "That's what I;m wondering. Not very polite fellows, are they?" He said, then looked at Trina. Aha! She said she had no stomach! His theory correct, the young woman was not a human. Richard was pleased with this. Now if he could only figure out what she was... His attention returned to the two speaking with him.

Richard gave Crystal a slight nod of his head. "Then I shall accompany you in the absence of your guard My Lady...surely you traveled with your retinue?" His gaze then flickered to Caradoc. "No...not rambling. Please, tell me more. You were disowned? Were they as you are? Or are you unique? Who protested your existance?" He asked, frost eyes intellectual.

After that it would be far too risky to have my attendants with me," Lady Crystal said matter-of-factly. "Thank you for the offer. I shall feel much safer with someone to accompany me."
