Didn't really need the last part that much is true. Hell doesn't that take a lot of power (if it were an actual skill) to do that anyway? Would a knight even be able to pull that off? Sounds like something only a master or, in the IK's case, a paladin could do with great difficulty.

Power like that don't even exist. There is no ability to sith or jedi that allows them to project a bubble of no-force.

Stealth works only on the person who is using it, and even that is detectable. Ferno is immune to all stealth skills as well, due to his connection with the force and mind powers. So sneaking up on him is impossible. literally.

Its like there's a surge of this "projection" of the force going on. First EK trying to make Rancors on crank with force speed (wouldn't work on a droid anyhow), then this? I hope that this isn't a trend of events. I wouldn't want to ask CW to negate all force users powers until they demonstrate comprehensible knowledge in the subject.

(Reads)
Shouldnt a sudden patch of Null Force set off every local Sith's weird s**t o meter like a hutt at a weight loss clinic?

i'm just curious when people started thinking humans were ysalimari.

There is no such thing as "null-force" when it comes to powers. The closest is minimize, or art of the small. But even then, you still can sense the force if you're alert enough.

Ferno's the closest thing to nullforce, but its more like the opposite. He's a void, but its unable to be quieted, so any force user that knows what to look for can find him. That's why he kills those who are close enough to see him.

As for the patch of null force, it doesn't work that way either. Condisder Mykyr. Its just absence of the force, not like a blip on a radar screen. If you're not looking for it, you won't realize its gone.

Humans arent Yslamiri.
Star wars gives us a pretty clear idea about that.
The phrase "Null force" was just something I threw together to describe what Archie is doing.
But with the ruckus they raised, you'd think someone would notice 'em.

Reasons why I don't want to make a force-user anymore. Not interested in all the "special abilities" that the force user's get. Hard work and ingenuity will suit me just fine. I think people who play force users can get a complex of being all powerful rather easily because of all the "stuff" they can do. I'd rather just play the normal guy now, I got over my Jedi-wannabe phase a while ago.

Well I'm not questioning your guys' thoughts on this. I know you have a lot more knowledge than me on this.

Besides don't we have the available skills already defined?

Its not the power complex that worries me. Its the fact that few actually take the time to know the attacks, the strength of the attacks, and how hard the attacks are to pull off that worries me.

I mean, people use push and lightning like its no big deal. it is, though. Simple techniques are nothing, but they do take effort none-the-less. If you're below 40 years old and performing any skill, reguardless of its simplicity, without some concentrating, you're godmodding for sure.

Yes and no.

The ones listed were originally due to the fact you had to "pick your skills" on the original bios for CotGCW.

We just have never updated the system (mostlly because it works and the mods are somewhat lazy to attempt to rework a system I created). But the skills listed are supposed to be the skills that are expected of a person at the level mentioned. Like a padawan should not be using skills of a knight, and a knight should not use skills that are under the title of master.

Although it is possible to perform such skills earlier, they are expected to backfire and such.

Yeah the Force is a big deal but I see people in the RP use it like it's nothing. Again, glad I don't want to play a force-user. Besides the struggle of playing a nonforce-user against force users is fun in my opinion. I have to find conventional means to battle their powers.

I fall into this category, correct?

Plus do you think anyone would have that kind of energy after the fight they had to go through? Even if you could there's no way anyone would have the strength for such a feat.

'taint no-force, its just significantly reducing their appearance on the force scales, helps them bleed into the background noise of Coruscant. Besides, he's never going to do it again. It literally killed him.
