Which would you rather take? A Space Marine commander with an Iron Halo and Artificer armor, or a with an Iron Halo and a Jump pack? For the record, I'm playing using the chapter traits so I can use assualt marines as Elites. Which makes the jump pack seem as the obvious choice, but I'm also worried about being gunned down by armies like Tau.

Then you jump along the battle feild using cover & avoiding their plasma guns

argghh i cant decide which chapter i want to start. I really want Space Wolves but i like the freedom of making my own chapter. And i Like the Iron Hands. But i dont want to have to do heavy conversions to make them how i want.
maybe ill just start sisters of battle

The weirdest coverted army I saw was a Space Marine army all with capes, smoke cotton around them, levitating off the ground (Stands for the troops and whatnot) with Eldar weapons...

If a Space Marine held an Eldar weapon, he'd probably snap it in two.

Superman's cape was... well... wimpy. Then again, so was superman. Now Batman has a badass cape. No one can argue there.

Mat this does nothing to help my problem Oops, sorry. If I were to start a Space Marine army, I'd make a 13th Company army. I think that they are pretty cool and they get some nice special rules, if I remember correctly. Ophiuchus You hereby suck for not getting the Edna Mode reference. Yep, missed it entierly.
