Elric unfortunately had to nod his head. "Yeah, after awhile it kinda got...intense. It could have been worse." He said with a shiver. He looked at Connor and had a better idea. "I think I know what to do with him. Lets drag him to Ecalena or Arteria. Maybe they can fix em and get him out of you hair, before he gets to everything else."

"We're going to need something stronger than average rope for this one." Said Elric, he called for Benjamin to help him with carrying Connor. Once Benjamin had him on his back, they were off towards Arteria as she lived in the area. Carrying Connor all the way to Tres could be a problem.

"So uh, Nina? Just how good was that dream you and Connor were having? Because you don't want to know what it looked like from our end." Asked Elric.

Elric would hoped that it wasn't what any of them could have been thinking. "Memories, you mean you saw his memories too?" He asked, maybe there was a clue as to why they needed to see them. "Well, you did have this stream of energy jumping between your marks. Turada said you were synced, maybe Arteria has the answers."

At Arteria's Home...

"Wow, that uh, um, I, oh my..." Arteria was flustered by the detailed story given to her by Turada and Nina while she did her tests on both crystal children. "I'm not sure if I can explain why that happened, but I can tell you something. For one, congratulations. You aren't pregnant after that. I did know Lunaris, she was the Quintu Crystal Sage whom her and her research disappeared a while after you were born. Furthermore, Turada is right when he says you two synced up. I can't explain that, as I didn't make you nor him with that in mind. You're full of surprises not even I know about. Such as the fact that you're completely fine after your run in with him. You're completely balanced. What has me more baffled is him."

She pointed to Connor, who they had bound and chained to an examining table. "His physiology is similar to yours, but it's faulted. I don't know what Lunaris used to cure his illness, but whatever it is well erm." Arteria blushed at what she had to say next. "Nina, it's in your lips. What he stole from you with his draining ability is temporary, whatever you were doing when half synced like that is permanent."

"Relax, Nina it was a joke, nothing more. I would say no that you can't get pregnant like that, but I wouldn't be surprised anymore. And as for the memory thing, I don't know if it's the fact you two when into synced mode that caused the fixes." Arteria pulled out a test tube full of dulled crystals with the name Connor written on it from her lab coat. She then cotton swabbed the inside of Nina's mouth and placed it in the tube.

There was no reaction in the tube, however, when she added the contents of his mouth, the crystals began to turn green, followed by changing colors to the other rings. "I think it's just the substance found in your lips that's curing him. In other words, if you want to fix him, you're going to have to kiss him...or perhaps further sync with him."

Elric went wide eyed. "Arteria, you serious?"

"I am, like Turada told you. Cloth and armor was really the only thing stopping the both of you. You might have had a different experience all together if you fully synced. I'm not certain when I say that your physical bodies are attracted to each other on an instinctual level, even if mentally neither of you are."

"Don't say that, Nina. He cant be that bad once you get around the damaged arm. For a failure, Connor's actually well built, and handsome. I approve of him." Arteria's mind whirred as to what made them tick, and furthermore if the two could even properly mate! Of course, she wouldn't say that, nor force it on Nina for the sake of research.

"I'll do more research on him, okay? Perhaps I'll be able to find another temporary alternative like Lunaris' injections."

"I think saving the world is more important than the strange men you may bring home." Teased Arteria, she wasn't quite sure if Nina cared for Connor in that way, but something had to be there since the moment she protested to initially find a cure for him. She then looked to Turada. "If you're going to help with the research, then do it from the field. We'll compare notes on what we have learned about the both of them."

Arteria took the notes, rather surprised to see how detailed they were. "I'll be seeing you all soon I hope." She said as she waved the five heroes goodbye.
