If by account, you mean characters, then yes, you can make a few, so long as they don't become so numerous we have no idea which is yours. The thing with that is, however, that you need to be able to make it so that people can distinguish between your characters, usually be either a different color of posting, or a complete posting style if you wish. Just so long as you're clear on which character you're using at any given time, there will rarely be any problem having multiple characters.
At least, that was my understanding of it if I'm not mistaken.

If by more accounts you mean mules then you are allowed one I believe
if by more accounts you mean more characters then you can do so without using an Alt

How can I say Elzee is a happy character when there are too few of them where she's actually smiling. So I decided to fix that, tastefully.

I don't mind a little makeup, but when your walking around with a face that would put Ronald McDonald to shame we gonna have words.
