The prince rested his cheek on the black head of hair, an arm wrapping around Leo's shoulders. "It's, stressful." he sighed. "Why is it people want to keep things from me? You should have told me when you first realized it. The Prime Minister, well, I understand him not telling me when I was younger." Phrases Elliot had assumed were madness, how he was seated at his father's feet (though he'd been young when witnessing that), how could he have been so cruel? "I hope I did, he's sensitive. I'd hate it if he cried the rest of the day away." Too much stress, he could feel it on his shoulders, his back, in his head, just weighing him down more and more and more. The small yawn made him look down. "I do, but I can spare ten more minutes to let you fall asleep if you'd like." and lifted leo's head to kiss his cheek, thinking a moment before kissinig his ear. "I want our child to have small ears." and smiled, kissing it again.

"Oh but I'm human looking! and I'd be terrible to eat, so much indigestion, Tsume! How could you be so cruel to me I'm so innocent."

Their interaction was so much different then this morning. They'd hardly spoken. Was the prince aware of this? "Oh, thank you." but the next words died on her tongue as the large wolf stood, easily pulling down the handle of the door allowing it to open. Beast, he was a beast.

"Wow." Ipo said, a small flicker of fear in his own stomach. He'd never realy taken into consideration that Tsume could do that. "You went from a wolf to a bear! You should do that again sometime! That was so amazing! Oh you're so fluffy!" and hugged him, the noble quickly sliding in around the two before pausing and turning.

"I'd like some tea please."

"Tea?" Ipo thought, the men of this castle were definitely more coffee type (except Elliot). "I'll see what I can find, Miss nayiin. Until then I shall allow Tsume to keep you company. Bye bye!" and hopped away before the wolf could attack him.

"I will still carry you if I like." and before Leo could move any closer to the bed he stood and swooped him up easily with a smile. "You are never to fat." but set him back down to walk and sat on the bed after Leo got himself comfortable in it. At the thought of making it public he looked away, holding the Falian's hand gently. To make it official and have everyone think Leo female, or to hide it a little longer? Leo was already so far along in his pregnancy, how long could he hide it? "I don't know." he admitted, turning to kiss the other's knuckles before letting go to run his hand over the pregnant stomach, resting his cheek gently on it. "I suggest we wait for Miss Nayiin to leave first. after that I can make a proper announcement." He was silent before suddenly going red in teh face, looking away sheepishly. An embarassing thought, he had to propose now that Leo was with his child. How... how was he supposed to do that?!

"I don't take kindly to wolves. They are beasts, pests and annoyances in Monin. We have a rule that you can kill them on sight regardless of what they're doing. They destroy livestock and terrorize the town." she explained simply, looking at the books. When she looked back the man was standing there again. "What did you do to obtain a job here at this castle?" she muttered. "I read on politics. A woman certainly shouldn't be uneducated in the ways of the nation she takes pride in."

Elliot looked up from his spot on the other's stomach, moving onto the bed to climb over him and kiss him on the lips. "You are my clever half. What would I do without you." and moved to lay down beside him on the edge. "And he does not shove work onto me, I willingly accept my responsibilities." he added before continuing. "But you're right, that will definitely work. And here I thought Falia mating us was a bad thing. I was actually quite embarrassed." he said with a chuckle, holding his lover close.

"Of course not. They're beasts, beasts don't have much thinking power." she explained from her spot in the library as the other went to search. She decided to look at the still life paintings on the walls either side of the entrance. "And you do not place sheep in a building, they are grazers, not cattle." she pulled out one of the books on the first shelf, looking at it and opening it, pausing at the childish scribble written inside along with underlining. Who would dare write in a book and replace it? Honestly how disrespectful. Placing it back she pulled out another. "Oh, so you belong to that woman who was sitting beside the Prince? Who is her sister? The pale-skinned one?" she asked. "And if you're a personal servant it hardly makes you higher then me." Who was that woman then? Nayiin would weasel information out of Tsume if he wasn't being so rude.

Elliot laughed. "You are so quick to blame my father, Leonard. How cruel." and chuckled, allowing the other to snuggle into him. "He will pass the crown, I doubt he wants to be like his own mother who refused to pass it." he explained, stroking the hair from Leo's face. "Should you not be trying to sleep, dear?"

"Yes." she murmured, ignoring what he had to say about Monin. Their city was financially stable, they would not break away. "What city is she from? Or country? I've never seen her style of clothes from anywhere close to here." and looked at the book the beast had handed over. "What is her relationship with Prince Elliot?"

"Tea and coffee?" But this time it was Kashi delivering it, smelling of soap and water, hair not properly done and resting on his back but bandages on perfectly. He'd obviously had to rush through a bath, hair still wet. Ipo really had no sense of personal space or just leaving people alone.

"Tea please." she said, turning toward the rabbit and noticing he was very much different once again. "Why are you wet?"

"I was in the bath, ma'am. Sugar and milk?"

"Two sugars and yes, milk. You went to bathe before fetching my tea?"

Kashi tried not to flinch at her tone. "I-I had gotten into a mess, ma'am, before fetching it." Ipo had told him to fetch it too, saying he was going to go harass some maids. Harass, more like take them to bed. Ipo was planning something though and the twin couldn't figure out what. It made him uneasy.

"I can't help it." Elliot whispered. "I love the sound of your voice." but as soon as Leo closed his eyes he passed out, the prince smiling and kissing his temple softly. "Will you marry me?" he asked with a chuckle. "It's easier when you're asleep, you know. I'll have to find you a ring." fingers gently stroked the sleeping face before he placed one last kiss on the full lips, gently moving away and out of the bed. "Sleep well." the foreign prince was placed under the blankets and tucked in, Elliot stroking the stomach before exiting quietly, closing the door behind him before walking down the hall.

Nayiin shot a glare at the wolf. She was really beginning to dislike him. "Regardless, one can hardly take a bath when you left less then ten minutes ago."

Left? Kashi moved to open his mouth but Tsume cut him off, talking about Leo instead, comforting Kashi through a small touch. "Coffee, Mr. Tsume?" he offered with a smile, handing Nayiin her saucer and teacup which she took happily.

"Reta? She's from Reta? Of all people there's a Retian." she scoffed, taking a sip. "I don't think we should have allied ourselves with them. Nothing but a war loving country. They're probably trying to play good by sending their daughters over. Honestly what good would that do? We only became their ally to keep them in check." and took another sip of tea. "And it is not 'woman,' wolf, it is Miss Nayiin or Noble von Sier." that rabbit was definitely nice to the wolf now. He was definitely mentally ill, switching back and forth. And he even dared to take a bath before coming. Honestly the staff was a mess. Once she married the prince she'd be sure to change that.

He walked downstairs, turning to go back to the drawing room when Nix found him, and she was grinning. "You really need to do something about that head of yours." he commented simply, unable to hide his smile as she mentioned what she could hear. "A ring?" He was going to use his mother's once he found it, but Nix seemed pretty confident in her idea. Well, there was an engagement ring and a wedding ring, was there not? "What's your idea, then?" he asked.

"Oh, no I can make it." but Tsume had already started and Kashi stood there, he'd only brought two tea-cups, so in a sense he still felt victorious.

"Reta spans all the way down the middle of the world nearly." Nayiin said, sitting herself down on a plush reading chair. "There are people of your color there as well. How do I know you're not Retian. You said you were from the other side of Reta. Of course we're close to the northern border, but if you meant to the east that's impossible. Falia hasn't opened their borders to anyone within the last century, they surely wouldn't start now." Did he take her for a fool?

"Wait? What? Tell me what?" Elliot asked, following the girl. She didn't give any information away and soon they were in front of his father's study. The man looked the door up and down before knocking.

"Come in."

Elliot opened it and like a loving older brother shoved Nix in first, closing the door behind him.

"Oh, Nix, Elliot. Hello. Shouldn't you be speaking with Miss Nayiin?" Alvaro asked, looking over at them.

"Below Reta?" The woman thought a moment but nothing really came to mind. Down there were a lot of smaller countries which Reta had broken up or taken over. "Warring factions?" She asked looking up. The wolf however dragged the hare out and left her alone. Tch, they wouldn't outwit her, she had an entire library at her disposal, she'd figure out where they were from.

The hare gave a squeak, dragged out easily by the taller male into the carpeted hallway. "Well she can't help it." he tried to defend, standing on his own and this time properly fixing himself, squeezing his damp hair onto the carpet. "I'm frazzled. I'd just started my bath when Ipo came bursting in saying I had to deliver tea." hands ran along the long black ears, squeezing them of water best he could before shaking his hands. "He hardly allowed me time to dress myself. How are you doing, Mr. Tsume?" Checking his pockets for a ribbon Kashi frowned. None again. He'd been such a busybody, where was he supposed to find some ribbon now. "Anyways, the next room is a state room, made for meetings at a more leisurely pace. This one is decorated with both Nalaeniran and Alfandish designs when the diplomats of their country do come to visit. Their national color is lavender so the drapery and the couches are that color." he explained, allowing Tsume to enter before closing the door. "The table at the back by the bay windows was donated by Noble Mokson, head of the fishing industry over there. The mirrors were donated by us painted with liquid gold." and then the hare sat himself down, looking around. "I've never actually sat in here before."

Alvaro listened as the child spoke quickly, glancing up at his son who looked away as though bored by it all, but he could see the nervousness and worry in those ever familiar silver eyes. "Well, this is certainly sudden despite the fact we did tell Leo to tell you. Elliot?"

"what?" the man muttered, unable to look at his father.

"I'm going to be a grandfather!"

"Stop cheering you old man and listen for once! I want to propose to Leo using Mother's ring!"

Alvaro took a breath before speaking, feeling very guilty. Why hadn't he thought of that? "We buried your mother with her ring, Elliot. She may not have shown it but she cherished that ring very much."

The man felt his shoulders sag somewhat, incredibly disappointed at this fact before looking down at Plan B. "What was your design, Nix?" he tried not to sound so depressed, finding clean paper rather easily on his father's organized and barely cluttered desk.

Kashi laughed softly. "Well this is royalty. We aim to please, Mr. Tsume." and brushed his wet hair with his fingers. "I seem to be losing them left and right, but there's no need for that. I can quickly escape to my room later to find one. Having it down won't be so bad." but he had to admit, he felt so exposed and vulnerable with it hanging loosely over his shoulders and back. It was different, odd.
